Family visit

We enjoyed our stay. Only a 25-30 minute drive to my husband’s parents house in Mountain Pine and Lake Ouachita. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

A little hidden gem this is!!! I almost don’t wanna share because we will be back for sure, but y’all should absolutely stay here!!! Super clean, super comfy and absolutely beautiful views!!! I wish we could have stayed longer! Can’t wait to go back!!

Very Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay although we didn't actually spend much time there. The area was very quiet, we enjoyed watching the squirrels and ducks as we drank our coffee in the mornings on the deck. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Great location with a great view. Property Mgr. Kim was excellent. She check on to ensure we had everything we need for a nice vacation. I would stay again next time we are in HSV.

It was exactly as described on vrbo. Nice, clean and beautiful view of the lake. Only thing wrong was it needed a front porch light and our gps took us to a non visitor entrance..

Family reunion

Location was great house was ok. Shower upstairs was not great, faucet handle in shower falling apart and spray on kitchen sink fell apart. Only I extra trash bag in kitchen. There were 4 of us and only 1 extra roll toilet paper each bathroom Felt pics on Vrbo were a bit misleading.

Could use some improvements

Overall it was ok. The upstair shower handle is broke. This is a problem seeing that someone told you about that in June 2024. Tubs are very outdated and don’t look clean. Toilets seats also need to replaced. Love the tvs and really enjoyed the downstairs areaLove ll

We arrived after dark & it was difficult to find our condo. There are no street lights & the person stationed at the West gate was not helpful in helping us find the condo. No area maps available which would have been helpful. The hand rail on the stairs leading downstairs was broken which is a big safety hazard. Those were the only complaints.

Girls Weekend

Great house for what we needed. A bit farther out than we anticipated and there is another location with the exact address that leads to a vacant lot. We arrived at that one first. Cons: House needed to be deep cleaned. We checked the box "rated high for cleanliness" but the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom had 1" of dust. We used the swiffer to clean it off and vacuumed the area rug. There was food under the sofa. Downstairs bedroom there was a spider in the corner, spider webs, etc. Same issue with ceiling fan.There was a sunken in spot in the downstairs bathroom by the water spout. We were afraid it might cave in to an actual hole, but it didn't. Keurig didn't work. We tried several times to contact manager. When she finally answered she just apologized and said she would make a note of it. She also stated she would tell the owners it needed a deep clean. One of the free standing fans didn't work. The thermostat was somewhat hard to set. Pros: House was arranged nicely. It had a beautiful view of the lake. Liked the fact you had to go through a security gate. Felt safe.

Nice place to relax

The property has 2 decks with a great view of the lake. There are 2 sitting areas with plenty of room to relax. The only negative was the thin drapes in the master bedroom. Because of the lights on the lake, you will never have a dark room at night. However the bed was very comfortable.

Lake vacay!

Let’s get the CON out of the way. The condo didn’t seem to be cleaned from the previous renters. Hair in the tubs and sink AND on/in the toilet. The floors weren’t swept. Cleaning person issue here. The condo was GREAT! The hill is steep to the dock, but we’re still young! The stairs were tricky at first with the babies, but they learned fast! All ages, 2-38 enjoyed! This was an extremely comfortable stay!! We would definitely come back. The view was amazing. The peacefulness was exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. I could go on and on! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Lastly- this condo is equipped! You honestly don’t need to bring anything but your personal items and food/drinks.

Cozy Stay

This was perfect for my family of 5. The house is super nice and sitting on the deck is the best. If you love just being lazy and grilling, swimming, boat rides, and walking trails then this is the place. So many great memories made and we will be staying here again in the fall. Property owner was so nice and easy to get ahold of.

Family Vacation

The place was great! We enjoyed the view and separate living spaces. The only thing I would suggest is a to have a small vacuum, and stocked with garage bags. The bathroom door lock down stairs don't work, the sheets on the down stairs bed doesn't stay on the bed. The door to the balcony upstairs does not lock. they need stock more paper towels and toliet paper, or tell guest to bring some. The grill was not clean, and looked to have never been cleaned.
