Very nice cabin on Cherry Log mountain. Beautiful views! We had a very nice stay over the Christmas Holiday. Great location between Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

Great Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. Our kids loved all of the games, ping pong, darts and air hockey. We will definitely be back!

This cozy hideaway had it all! A beautiful Mountain view, comfy beds, and entertainment galore! Our kids loved playing air hockey and a number of the other board games in the bunkhouse. I loved sipping coffee on the upstairs balcony and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. We all have fond memories of movie night in the bunkhouse cuddled on the couch. The host was accommodating and very responsive, and we found the cabin to be immaculately clean and well stocked for cooking needs. 10/10 no complaints!

Wonderful time with family

The mountain views are beautiful and come with all the conveniences of a town close by. Truly had a wonderful stay with family to celebrate the holidays. Communication with Brian and Kim was quick and easy, and were great hosts. Thanks for everything!

Cozy Mountain Spot with a Great View

The owner's instructions and communication were very helpful. He was responsive to queries. He left us a thoughtful welcome card & gift of wine.Place was cozy, with a wonderful view. Very well-appointed with everything a family needs, and clean. We had a restful and enjoyable vacation in the mountains with fresh air.

Picture perfect

Great house and location. Beautiful, well equipped home with a great view. We enjoyed our time at the cabin in front of the fireplace, on the back porch, or playing games downstairs. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee was a perfect way to start the day.The bunkhouse is true bonus, and we loved the room and options it gave. The cabin was in a great location between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, as well to the Aska area. Brian was a great host and went out of his way to make our stay memorable, fun and easy. We throughly enjoyed our time here, and looking forward to coming back soon.

Best stay ever!

My hubby and I really enjoyed staying at this property! The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft! This home had everything we needed. Brian, our host, was so wonderful and was fantastic with taking care of everything for us! Thank you, Brian! Instructions say to arrive on the first day before it gets dark due to the one lane road up the mountain to the home. Listen to this advice! 😀 It gets easier after the first time! It’s an adventure! I highly recommend staying at this property! It is AMAZING!

Wonderful getaway with the family and doggos

This cabin was exactly like the pictures shown. The view of the mountains were also just as pictured. The cabin had everything we wanted. We had our three kids, my husband and I and his parents, plus our two dogs. The kids loved having their own separate space in the bunkhouse. The bunk beds and the sectional in the bunkhouse were all very comfortable for them. The bunkhouse wifi wasn't so great as stated, but the main house wifi was great and so it wasn't a problem for us. The kids played games and didn't much need the wifi in the bunkhouse, anyway. The cabin owner was very communicative but we didn't end up needing any help. They had laminated directions on how to use the house Alexa controls and any other info we would need. The backyard was very steep as to be expected. I thought the dogs would have difficulty, but they adapted right away and loved running around the backyard. The location was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We visited the towns of both Ellijay and Blue ridge. We did the blue ridge canopy tours Zipline. It was amazing. We took the two hour Zipline tour, which I highly recommend. Kids have memories for life. We ate at the Pink Pig, which is so close to the cabin. It was such a cute fun place. We ate at the Southern Charm in Blue Ridge, which we also highly recommend. It was delicious. We had really wanted to do the Blue Ridge Railway, but tickets were already soldout. So, if that is something you want to do, I suggest you get tickets online ahead of your stay at the cabin. Next time I will definitely get tickets way in advance!! Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing stay and we can't wait to go back!!

Marvelous cabin

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin. It had everything we needed, plus more. We are a blended family of 7, so space was what we needed the most. Having the extra little cabin was perfect. The kids would settle down after a days worth of adventure and hang there while dad and I would get dinner going. The outdoor sitting area is an experience to have. The beautiful mountain top views while our family laughed along, talking about our day. We enjoyed eating dinner outside a few times, while we also enjoyed our indoor dinners in the cozy main house. The kitchen is beautiful and honestly I daydreamed cooking in it forever. We made sure to make a stop at Engles to get our groceries for the week, plus extra paper goods. We were very grateful for the hosts to provide a nice starter kit. There’s so much to do in town, but there is also so much to do at the cabin. Exploring the neighborhood was pretty neat, and definitely a good choice if you want to get a good workout in. The incline felt amazing during early mornings. I had the pleasure of seeing deer run past me as I ran peacefully. The neighbors were very kind and welcoming. This cabin is honestly too good to be true. I can’t get enough of the views from the main bedroom balcony. Waking up every morning to the mountains really reset my body and mind. If you need to get away and need a vacation with your family where everyone reconnects, this is the home to do so. Trust me, as a parent we LOVED being together, playing ping-pong downstairs or competing at air hockey boys against girls upstairs. However, we also LOVED having our own space to find peace of mind at the hammocks, or rocking back and forth on the rocking chairs enjoying the view.

Amazing Cabin!

If you are looking for a cozy experience to enjoy the beauty of the mountains, look no further than this location! Even prior to our arrival, we received a super helpful text with lots of great detail about our trip, check in, hot spots, recommendations, and more. The cabin itself was so clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable! Even though the majority of our trip was rainy, we had such a relaxing experience. Our kids loved the bunkhouse and ping pong area, plus air hockey. We loved the cozy fireplace! Overall, highly recommend. We had a few questions for the owners during our stay, and they were incredibly prompt and responsive. We are in love with this cabin, and will be returning! Fabulous experience and lovely cabin.

Great place for two families

The cabins were beautiful and worked excellent for two families (4 adults and 4 kids). My only minor complaint would be that the cameras and their placement felt a little intrusive at times. I completely understand a front door camera but it felt a little “big brother” at times as you were outside with your family either enjoying the beautiful property or the outdoor dining options. But that’s really our only complaint and it’s not enough to deter us from staying there again. Place was beautiful and Brian was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

Very Nice Cabin Close to Blue Ridge

We visited this cabin in early November hoping to catch the fall colors and visit nearby towns and state parks. The colors, parks and the cabin were all great! Had a very nice stay. The cabin is comfortable and very well stocked. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed everything from the views on the decks to the gas fireplace. This cabin also includes a separate "bunk house" next to the main cabin. This is great place for the kids to hang out or for larger parties. That being said, couples will also enjoy this cabin. Really nice setup. Blue Ridge and Ellijay are only minutes away (15 mins). There are also several parks, wineries and orchards in the area. Overall, we were very pleased. We will definitely try to book this cabin again next time we are in the area.
