This charming and peaceful 1-bedroom, 1-bath first-floor canal-front condo is nestled in the desirable Hidden Harbour community, right next to Northside Park. Unwind on the gated corner deck overlooking the serene canal—step down directly to the dock or simply take in the sunset and seasonal fireworks. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and DVR with a large selection of movies. The bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. Additional conveniences include a stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, and board games for cozy nights in. Just three blocks from the ocean beach, this condo also provides easy access to the community’s outdoor pool and the 58-acre Northside Park. Enjoy walking and biking paths, playgrounds, piers, ball fields, and year-round events, all within walking distance of local favorites like Dumser’s Dairyland, Starbucks, restaurants, shops, and entertainment along the northern end of Coastal Highway.3 PM Check-in Only
This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall. No pets , No smoking or vaping. Rents to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to Northside Park, a short walk to the beach, and was right next to the outdoor pool. We loved being on the canal. The place had a full kitchen for making meals, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We will definitely be staying here again.

Review

Love the property and location. However, the check-in/out location was not convenient , and we never received the vouchers I selected when booking. The condo location is at 125th street and the the check-in/out office was at 34th street, felt like a needless battle of traffic just to check-in. Other years we were able to check-in/out at a much closer location.

another year in OC

this was a lovely unit. my husband and i vacation in OC every year the week of July 22. His birthday week. and i must say this was one of the better unit we stay in, in our 17 years coming to OC. the pool right out the front door. the unit was spotless and had felling of home. Hope to get the same unit next year.
