‘Surf Escape’ - House for a Family Sea-change

The house is located a short 300m walk from one of the many paths down onto Culburra Beach, & just 100m from the new skate park & playground. Also just 2km up the road to Crookhaven Heads boat-ramp, if you are a boating enthusiast.

It has a large outdoor entertaining area, with BBQ, food prep area & sink & table that seats 10 people.
A brand new kitchen has just been installed late 2022, which includes a dishwasher & larger fridge!
The 4 bedrooms accommodate 8 people, (maximum 6 adults allowed) with 2 Queen beds & 2 Tri-bunks, & plenty of room to spread out in the large open plan living area which has a big 55" TV.

Please note we DO NOT supply linen (except pillows & doonas) Bringing your own makes our house a cheaper holiday option, so you will need to bring your own sheets (bottom AND Top sheets please!!) pillowcases, towels & bathmats. Tea-towels will be provided.

There's also a small secure yard for the little ones to play in. Plenty of room to park a boat out front, as well as a couple of cars.

Great amenities, very comfortable and convenient. It worked really well for young kids they had a blast. It would be even better if it had wifi but was still a great stay.

Great family holiday!

We loved our stay. The house was great for multiple family’s as it’s nice and open plan. Great location as across road from skatepark/playground and walking distance to beach and shop. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding location and great layout

Property owner had excellent communication and was a pleasure to deal with. The house was in great great spot central to everything you would want in a holiday get away. The layout of the house was open plan with plenty of space to swing a cat. Thank you for letting us stay in your slice of paradise.

Amazing getaway

My family and I really enjoyed this property and everything we needed was there. Having an updated kitchen was great and having a nice big space out the back with the BBQ, the fresh breeze of the ocean made the house nice and cool and location is in a great spot. One of the beaches is walkable up the street. Culburra beach is a beautiful place to visit. With the skate park/park on the other side of the road was great for the kids. Lake Wollumboola was the best for kids we went there every day in our stay. loved the local shops and club. We will be coming back.

A comfortable house in a great location

A great house for extended families. We loved the enclosed garden and the back deck. Easy walk to a great beach. Nice and close to everything you need.

Great location

Location is excellent, 100m to beach. Also short drive to shops and other attractions. House easily accommodated our family of 5 plus another couple. House is in need of some repairs and updates which hosts are aware of. Hosts were great to deal with and process simple for check in and out. Very family friendly- secure backyard, DVD player, games available.
