The newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1200 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, AND A PACK & PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.
Starting April 29th and lasting until Ski Season starts in November there will be construction ongoing in the common courtyard where the hot tub is located as the complex is working on replacing the hot tubs. Work will be happening daily Monday – Saturday 7AM – 7PM. The community hot tubs in the complex will be closed in result, and there will likely be construction noises throughout the day which may be heard from inside the property. We will not be providing any compensation for the lack of hot tubs or the noises and burdens in the area caused by the construction, and have already priced the property accordingly with lower rates to account for the inconvenience. It is anticipated that this project will be completed prior to the 2024/2025 ski season. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this crucial work happens, and we look forward to the brand new hot tubs that will be available in the upcoming ski season!
