Space, Seclusion, Serenity, and one amazing golf course! This soundfront home is nestled amidst the natural beauty of the Outer Banks on the 18th fairway of The Currituck Club. Here you can relax with glorious views of peaceful open space from the front porch or enjoy the lovely sunsets from the back patio, hot tub, pool and 'tiki' bar. You can walk to the new Clubhouse or fitness center & enjoy all the community amenities. Play a round of golf or splash your cares away in your own private pool. A perfect getaway for the entire family.

'Beach ParTee Time' is a beautifully decorated, luxurious and comfortable retreat. 31' x 14' private pool, covered hot tub and bar, outside speakers, 3 master suites, den with wet bar and 2nd refrigerator, high chair and a pack-n-play, 2 car garage with pool table, basketball hoop, beach chairs, grill, enclosed outside shower, patio area, large front porch.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

House was beautiful, even though we arrived and it was still dirty from the previous tenants (socks on the floor, beds not made, dirty dishes, old food still in the fridge) and apparently staff can still show up and clean when new tenants arrive instead of tenants showing up to a freshly cleaned residence. It did eventually get cleaned when we left for two hours to go eat. Hot tub did not work for the duration of our stay which was one of the main reasons for booking that house with the cold pool. I informed management same day we arrived about the hot tub to which they said they’d send somebody, person never came until mid day our last day there. Asked to speak to a manager for a least something of a partial refund or a different house with a working hot tub for the remainder of our stay and they completely went ghost! Management was terrible, employees with an attitude, lied to, overall a bunch of dipshits; will stay with a different agency next time. Beautiful house, but that was it.

Great vacation

Some hiccups with cleaning but quickly resolved. Great location, wonderful house, would stay here again and again.

Best Destination Thanksgiving Yet!

The check in process was confusing but once we figured that out everything was spectacular! Cooking in the kitchen was fantastic! And the double ovens made life great. I didnt see half of the family because they were either in the theatre room or in one of the many bedrooms. We though the hot tub was going to be available but found out it wasnt whe n we got there. We are planning on going back in the summer!

Nice family house

Renting this property was very easy as is all with VRBO. However, when I asked a question and was back on the site, I was confused regarding a different name of the house and several different pictures missing from the original. I was notified that the Village Realty corp had taken over management of the property. Emails were slow in response but once we got into the house, a phone call was all that was needed. They were very responsive. I would not give this house above 3 stars for cleanliness since it was not as clean as every other house we have stayed in the OBX. The bathroom sink was still dirty with dead bug, and hairs. The toilet seats looked dirty underneath but just stained apparently. The surface cleaning of this house was just that, very superficial. The tops of the tables, counters were clean but any table that had shelves or lower surfaces were dusty, sandy and/or crumby. While a cleaner was sent over with an hour of my complaint, she “feather dusted” the tables and did clean wherever I showed her. She was very sweet and accommodating. The management offered to have the entire house cleaned again the next day but since all our things were already in the house, I turned the offer down. Another thing of note is that all the beds were not made up with sheets. The instructions did say that bunk beds were not made up but my daughter slept in a queen all week before realizing there was no sheet on the mattress cover. The kitchen floor needed a good scrubbing as well. White socks turned black in a few minutes. Perhaps the new management needs to get their cleaning service up to par or hire new workers, they did ask for a review so I will let them know. Overall, the house is quaint, the backyard pool area is lovely. There is plenty of mugs, dishes, a dual coffeemaker etc. The location is secluded with a beautiful golf course view. We had a wedding located at a house on the beach so we spent time there and did not get to use the shuttle or other club facilities.

The house was beautiful however the management repair team was non-responsive. There were several issues with the house when we arrived and we were told multiple days that someone would be out to repair them but nobody ever showed up. I would expect better customer service especially for an expensive rental like this.
