Welcome to A Million Dreams at Corolla Bay by KEES Vacations!

Experience an unforgettable KEES OBX vacation soundfront and up close to some of the best sunsets your eyes have seen! This home boasts 9-bedrooms, a private heated pool, and an elevator!

The third level of A Million Dreams is the main floor with the spacious living area, dining area, kitchen, half bath and two King En Suites. The second level has six more En Suite bedrooms. Four bedrooms have King beds, one has a Queen bed, and the other has two Twin bunk bed to sleep 4 comfortably. The first level has an En Suite with two Queen beds, a recreation room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a half bath.

In the backyard, hang out by the sound with your own private dock, perfect for fishing, kayaking or paddleboarding. A Million Dreams is located just half a mile to Herring Street Beach Access or it is a 1.9-mile drive. Close by you can spend the day exploring the Currituck Beach Lighthouse or the Historic Corolla Park. Additionally, there are tons of great shops, restaurants and things to do all within driving distance.

This property has 8 parking spots for guests.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Great property, wonderful & responsive staff, the pool was closed thus the 1 star but we knew the pool was winterized. Grest views over the water. The stay was great. The property wasn't wiped down (found mosquitoes, bugs and cob webs in the interior windows and the decorations).Otherwise, i stay there again especially because the communication with kees staff.

Perfect Summer Getaway!

Everything about this vacation home was up to our standards! Check-in was smooth, the house was clean and up-to-date, and the property had all of the amenities listed on their page. Everyone in the family enjoyed the home and had a wonderful time! If I had to make a few critiques it would be that the Wi-Fi didn’t always have the best connection and not all the bathrooms had garbage cans, hand soap, and good towels.

Great property!

Lovely house with beautiful view. We chose this house because of the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms since we had planned for 8 adults to be here. Large kitchen was great, and the elevator was a life saver for my MIL.

Overall great stay

Booked this beautiful property for a family vacation and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and perfect location. There are a lot of flying insects due to the water but that’s nature.

Communication with the property was a breeze. Always so responsive and friendly. The area itself was quiet with beautiful sunset view in the back. Even with the amount of people we had, it never felt crowded. While the house does have quite a few bugs (mainly spiders on the inside near the doors) they didn't bother us too much. Would recommend. There is also a lot of natural lighting that comes into the home.

Relaxing on the Sound

Overall great arrangement of rooms. Top floor kitchen, dining and great room were awesome for our large family. We very much enjoyed the view of the Sound as well as the wild life.

Amazing stay with a couple of tiny caveats

We absolutely loved our time at this vacation home—it’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location. The decor is tasteful, the amenities were spot on, and it really felt like a home away from home. Perfect for relaxing with friends or family!The only downsides were the mosquitoes (both indoors and outside) and some spider webs in the patio furniture, which made it a little harder to fully enjoy the outdoor space. A bit more attention to pest control would make this place truly perfect.Still, overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return—just with bug spray in hand!

40th anniversary family trip

The house is in a great location. Nice layout and set up. Our only complaint was the house was dirty upon arrival. It seemed like just the bedding and towels had been changed between rentals and no other cleaning. We cleaned and then enjoyed the house, the bay, the beach, and the family time.

Bayside Bonanza

Such a fun house with plenty of room for 19 person group! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the view was spectacular – especially the sunsets! Fishing off the pier and from kayaks was great. Wishing the home had one more stove/oven to match all the other double appliances for our group size. With the road being a dead-end cul-de-sac, it was very peaceful and the neighborhood was great – some owners and mostly renters, but everyone was friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay in A Million Dreams again!

A million memories were made.

A million dreams is a beautiful house in a beautiful area. Very comfortable but could use a little more TLC in the cleaners department. They should pay closer attention to the shower curtains ( inside molds and grunge), fan molds in bathrooms. Also, they left about six bags of the prior renters laundry linens in the driveway for the duration of our stay.. But overall a perfect stay!

Beautiful and peaceful

A Million Dreams was perfect! My cousins and I (9 men, age 60+) stayed here for our annual get together. The home was spacious, bright, and airy. There was plenty room, the decor was lovely & the technology and modern features were a wonderful surprise. The home was clean, comfortable, & had an amazing view. We could not ask for a better stay. The agents at Kees were easy and responsive. So glad my wife (who is also writing this review) found this for us.😅

Katrina's 2023 xmas

My family and I had an amazing Christmas this year. The house was beautiful and was exactly like the pictures on the site. It was spacious and fully functional. The only problem we had was a few power outages on the ground floor. It was minor issue that was fixed the next day. Other than that everything was wonderful. The view was spectacular and a site to see anytime of the day. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Sunset views over the Sound

The house is new and beautiful. Has a gorgeous view of the sound — experienced beautiful sunsets every evening. The dock was great for crabbing. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but doable. We used bikes and rented a golf cart to help with the older and younger members of our family and the extras we took to the beach. There is also public beach parking if you choose to drive. The house is within a 5-10 minute drive to stores and restaurants. The elevator was very loud opening the door ( maybe because it’s still new?) but great to have for a three level home. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time!!!

We also purchased insurance and had to evacuate 2 days prior due to the storm. I called the insurance company and they never called back. Worst service ever.

Our experience

The place is actually beautiful! However, when we arrived it had not been cleaned especially in living room area and kitchen. Nothing had been dusted. The couch was covered in dust and cat fur. So we had to take time to remove the pillows and vacuum couch and wipe down EVERYTHING. During the stay a part of the fence fell from the wind (just letting you know.) It’s a gorgeous house and property, just disappointed in the experience.

Cats are certainly not allowed in any of our KEES Vacation properties. The Property Name was Million Dollar Home but it should have been a Million Dollar Lie

The property was filthy. The heated pool that we paid for was not turned on in advance. We could not adjust the AC as it was locked. There were spiders and spider webs in every room. Most of the soap dispensers were not operational. The power in the basement kept tripping rendering the space useless. All outdoor spaces were caked with bugs. The place has not been power washed in years. Maintenance was not able to resolve any of the issues ... except cleaning one of the dirty carpets. We couldnt have them clean the others because we were using the room. They also were able to turn on the pool heater which gave us only one day of pool use. KEES offered us $250 for our troubles and then raised it to $360. My 89 year old retired military father paid about $3,500 for our weekend stay. We turned down this offer because it was laughable. I would prefer to warn others of this nightmare.

Thank you for your review, Selina, the pool heat was indeed turned on for your stay, it was only tripped upon you arriving and was fixed within the hours of arriving, the weather was not so great when you visited and that is the cause of the pool not staying heated and we explained this as well, as far as the bugs we sent a tech out and he confirmed there weren't any bugs upon him checking, also the fireplace needed gas which we had let you know we had contacted the vendor for so that they were able to come out to get this refilled. and as far as the AC we reached out to the owner to get the code but the code was not set by them so they were trying to reach out to the company so that when the next guest is set to arrive, we would have it, we do apologize about any inconvenience this might have caused you and your family. and here at KEES we do hope to host you again in the future.
