We had a fantastic stay! The directions and check in process allowed for a very smooth arrival. Everything we could have needed was provided (including coffee and a bottle of wine) so we felt very welcomed! The home was very clean and comfortable with homey touches everywhere! My family made use of the games to enjoy some fun together in the evenings after dinner. The location and the amenities in the community allowed for easy access to wonderful beaches and hiking trails to enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe! Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing home in perfect community

This house was perfect for my family. Spacious areas to relax and for kids to play. The amount of bathrooms was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, plates and cooking ware. We are already planning our next trip!

Thanksgiving at the lake

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It had an incredibly well stocked kitchen and we felt very comfortable. The view and private beach were amazing. Felt so blessed to be able to have Thanksgiving in this lovely venue.

Wonderful trip

Everything was terrific and as described! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. Lots of bedrooms that are spaced out so it was easy to get sleep even with a big group. Cheri was very prompt and helpful with communication. Very easy drive (and a cheap Uber) to get into South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Mountain.

Where can I start... it’s such an amazing home, starting frm downstairs to the rooms upstairs. No need to fight over a bathroom at all, beds included for kids & a kids playroom as well which definitely came in handy. & of course the lounge area was amazing & super comfy

Great getaway for groups/families

We took a group of 8 adults and 3 kids for a weekend stay. The house is spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was a cozy fireplace and a well-stocked kitchen. We walked to the beach and would love to come back for a visit in the summer. We had everything we needed and the owners/manager were very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Great location and beautiful house

Last 15-20 years we are celebrating New year in Lake Tahoe in different places and this house location is the best by far. House is bigger than then we imagine and kitchen is big, clean and fully equipped. Very close to ski slopes.

Wonderful Home

We had a terrific stay for 6 nights. The home is VERY clean and spacious. The kitchen is one of the best VRBO equipped kitchens I have seen. The location is excellent with lots of great walking right out the door and a Safeway just down the road. The ample parking (four spacious spots) and the lack of stairs up to the front door is a huge advantage compared to other homes in the neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

Great Place!

This home is larger than advertised as it not only has a large king suite, 3 smaller queen bedrooms, but also a child’s playroom with small bed, and a room with a double, twin and child’s bed. The house is clean, nicely furnished, has a large kitchen and has two family rooms. It has a partial view of the lake in an upscale quiet neighborhood just a few miles from Stateline. The private beach, with a BBQ and horseshoes, is about a block away. We were a group of 8 seniors with a 5 year old granddaughter and the home was perfect!

We had the best five days at this rental. Everything was clean. Everything was easy to find. Our five children had more than enough toys and entertainment. All bathrooms worked and bedrooms were comfortable. Easy walking distance to the private clean beach. Beautiful view of the lake and neighborhood homes. Enough parking for three large SUVs. Clear instructions. Overall a perfect stay and have nothing to complain about only good memories!

Lovely property - very well stocked

This was a beautiful home with 6 separate bedrooms (more than the description implied). What I really loved about it though was how well stocked it was. Every bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap. The kitchen had pots, pans, Tupperware, measuring cups, chopping boards, paper towels, Ziploc bags, soap, you name it! And the pantry had a great selection of basics including lots of spices, sugar, flour, oil, etc. We really didn't have to dash out to make any emergency purchases! Yey!

Beautiful Spacious House with Lake Views

This house worked out great for us for a family get together with three generations, the four adult couples had their own rooms, and the kids had two rooms. There were two gathering areas, plus a large kitchen/dining area, and our youngest grandson loved all the toys in the study. It’s a really lovely home.

Great, big house with lots of comfortable beds and a lovely family room and kitchen

This is a great house in a wonderful neighborhood just down the road from some beautiful hikes. Easily accessible to Heavenly Resort, Harrah's, Hardrock etc. We had a great time with a house full of friends. Thank you Cheri!
