Lonnie Dunes consists of 2 dwellings - a total of 4 bedrooms beach shack with a separate studio (Lonnie Waves) . Lonnie Dunes and Waves are rented as a package from 26th December to February 8th with a minimum of 7 nights Check in at 4pm (or earlier by arrangement) Checkout at 10am. Sleeps x10. An update - main bedroom now has a King bed👍Linen is provided for all beds. Dishwasher. Air-conditioned A breakfast hamper is provided on arrival.
Lonnie Dunes is located opposite the beach only separated by sand dunes. At high tide you can hear the waves crashing onto the beach. To some its noisy to others the sound of the breaking waves is blissful. Lonnie Dunes is located 300 metres from the beach. A stroll through the sand dunes. Our beach is one of Point Lonsdale's best kept secrets. It is a usually a safe beach with gentle rolling waves. Perfect for swimming / paddle boarding / snorkeling or reading a book on the beach or playing a game of beach cricket. Lonnie Dunes It is a very comfortable shack surrounded by lush lawns. It's a 17-minute stroll to the front shops and a 7-minute drive to the heart of Queenscliff Seaside Village. Only a stone throw to the Bellarine Rail Trail where you can access the best produce the region has to offer.

Lovely summer stay

Perfect spot for our two families to stay for 5 nights. Easy access to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen (with coffee maker) was handy for meals in. Outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play cricket and run around.

Outstanding Holiday house.

Lonnie Dunes was excellent. It was a lovely, clean , very well equipped and very comfortable holiday house. Excellent location to beach and to township as well as other areas of interest like Queenscliff and Ocean Grove Pet friendly and secure yard for our dogs too. The whole family had a great time Can not recommend this house highly enough!

Perfect Summer Beach House

Fantastic location and property well suited to multiple families with the two separate areas. Outdoor area is amazing for gathering with plenty of space. Access and engagement with Sue was excellent. Thoroughly recommend booking here

The Best Weekend ever !!!

Lonnie Dunnes was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The house and bungalow were beautiful and so clean, the hosts were so welcoming, there was such attention to detail and best of all was having the beach close by, we will definitely be staying here again

Very well equipped, great yard for the kids and outdoor area as that is where we spend most of our time and great proximity to the beach.

Fabulous secret in Point Lonsdale

We had the most incredible week with Sue and Paul as our hosts. The welcome and your we received including a special surprise for our children and bread and milk. The house was so clean, everything we needed was included. Just a wonderful unassuming surprise including a great bungalow our the back which worked so well for us going away with family. Short walk to the beach and a lovely walk along the foreshore into town. To top our trip off we left a special item behind. Sue let us know, arranged for someone to bring the item on the ferry and made sure we knew who to meet in Sorrento. Sue went that extra mile for our entire stay. We couldn’t recommend this property more highly.

Summer staycation

Owners Sue and Paul were easy to contact and very responsive to emails. The house was perfect location to the beach either short drive or walk depending on where we were going. House had everything that you needed rooms were very spacious and comfortable, fans in each room made for comfortable nights sleep. Would definitely go back.
