Coastal Vibes - Modern, well-equipped, family friendly home with lovely Estuary views

This modern, family friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides easy and comfortable living with lovely elevated views of the estuary and only a short flat walk to everything that Mangawhai Village has to offer through a path at the end of the Right of Way. The house has a fresh and bright open plan living/dining/kitchen space which has been tastefully decorated.
There is a large deck out front providing plenty of sun and is a great spot to relax with a drink in hand at the end of the day. Out back there is plenty of room for the kids to run around on a large flat grassed area for sports or games. The top deck and back stairs are now gated (not shown in photos) to reduce any concern with high stairs for the little ones, so you can relax knowing they can't go far.
The TV is a Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV, etc, just bring your own accounts. There is also now a Nespresso machine, BYO pods.
Off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars plus a boat.
Notes:

There is now an additional sofa in the living room as shown in a couple of the photos of this area and extra outdoor furniture (loungers, seating and table and bench seats).
The top bunk is not suitable for adults as it is weight rated for children only.
Small dogs may be permitted outside only on request.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents so please be courteous with respect to noise and behaviour.

Alternatively Mangawhai Heads is only a 5 minute drive away with the surf beach, estuary, golf course and Mangawhai Activity Zone on offer.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
