Fully furnished 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, 2 level Coach House. A lovely, comfortable rental with two separate entrances and private patio located in a quiet, pretty residential cul-de-sac close to Tsawwassen Town Centre. Within walking distance to shopping, transportation, golf and beach. Offering 1,200 square feet of living space on two levels. The upper level features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with windows on all sides enjoying landscaped views. A claw foot tub is featured in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs a large Master bedroom offers a charming bay window, 3 piece ensuite bathroom with shower and stacking washer & dryer, An extra large walk in closet, and storage. The 2nd bedroom queen size bed is separated by privacy curtains but can be open to enjoy the large space complete with working area, 50" TV and single day bed.

Beautiful carriage house in a great location. House is very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts Sue and Ernie were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!!!! Bravo!

Very nice centrally located place. Space was very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Tsawwassen. Host are very friendly great people.

The property has everything we need - kitchen is well stocked (although we didn’t cook any meals), bathroom has everything we need, beds are very comfortable. They supply beach towels as well. The location is very convenient with restaurants, Save on Foods, Shoppers within 10 mins of walking. I enjoyed reading my book outside on a warm summer afternoon.

Wonderful property, fantastic location.

We had a wonderful time at Sue’s property. The guest house was perfect for our family of 4, and it was super clean with all the amenities we could need. The real bonus of this property is the location. Tsawwassen has everything you need, most of it walkable from the house! A day trip into Vancouver was an easy 30 min drive, but we also enjoyed all the local businesses. We had incredible Indian food, walked our dog to coffee shops in the morning, and enjoyed our jaunts around the peaceful neighborhood. We will absolutely come back to this spot.

We had two perfect days in this clean cosy house. Our host Sue was very friendly and the communication before during and afterour stay was perfect. We have been there with another couple and we had enough space and bathrooms for all. We can recommend it at all ;-) Thanks Sue for the nice time.

Tsawwassen Coach House

We had a delightful stay at the Tsawwassen Coach House. It is a lovely cottage in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and is fully equipped with everything you would need. The bonus is a beautiful slipper soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. Highly recommended by all four of us.

Cozy cottage

We had a wonderful visit at this cozy quiet cottage. Not far from shops , restaurants and the ocean. Our beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen/living room is bright and spacious. Very well appointed kitchen. We will definitely visit this property again.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay in the coach house! It had everything we thought we needed and more. Plus, it's located an easy walking distance to a nice coffee shop. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Tsawwawsen.

Wonderful!

Myself, partner and 9 year old stayed for ten days. For part of the time we were joined by my parents. The kitchen was very well stocked, the gas fireplace was appreciated, and the beds were comfortable. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The Coachhouse was very private and clean. We enjoyed visiting the beach, Diefenbaker Park and Reifel Bird Sanctuary. Highly recommend!

Quiet and comfortable property

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. This home is clean and incredibly well stocked. The neighbourhood is very quiet and close to everything. We especially enjoyed the quick access to Centennial Beach. Incredibly easy communication with the host.

Outstanding Stay

Everything about the listing was truly accurate and the level of supplies and amenities in the unit far exceeded our expectations – the baby gate was very helpful to ensure our small dog stayed in an area that was acceptable to us as owners. The master bed was very comfortable, washer and dryer a nice touch. Sue communicated extremely well, and the check-in process was absolutely seamless. The unit itself is very functional and we really appreciated the large screen TV and blazing wifi. Highly Recommended.

Great Place

Great little place with everything you may need. Very clean and fast communication with the host. It is located in a really charming and quiet neighborhood. The only complaint is that the bedroom bed is very hard and uncomfortable. I did not get a great sleep due to this. I would definitely recommend and stay here again though.

quiet location, near tourist spots, Vancouver BC

Situated in a Cul de sac, near all points of interest for ferries, parks, major gardens (Queen Elizabeth Park and Van Dusen), walk to shops nearby. Visited George Reifel bird sanctuary and owl/raptor rehab center. If you have bicycles, Boundary Bay Trail is close by for a flat 17 KM ride to Mud Bay. Boundary Bay Park is nearby for a nice sunrise/sunset experience. Coach house was a great place to stay.

Great location, Everything you need!

The property was well located to get around the area, spotlessly clean and stocked with absolutely everything you need! The hosts are friendly and super communicative. Internet was very fast! We would love to stay here again :)
