This apartment is everything you need for an affordable and comfortable holiday in Sawtell. Have a dip in the pool all year round – all just a 190 metre stroll to Sawtell's great patrolled beaches - it doesn't get much closer than that!

An easy 10 minutes walk from the boutique bars, gourmet restaurants, Sawtell Hotel and RSL club in First Ave. Big flat screen Smart TV, with NBN and office nook for the remote working holiday. Kitchenette with single burner, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and toastie machine. Bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In the shared outdoor spaces there is a swimming pool with undercover BBQ to enjoy, and an external laundry with washing machine and ample clothesline space.

‘Aloha 15’ sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably with a Queen bed, drawer space and sitting chair. Single allocated car space and plenty of street parking.
Aloha 15 is located on the first floor up two flights of stairs. No smoking and no parties permitted. Please refer to our full terms and conditions prior to booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two females ( mother and daughter ) We could hardly get out of our car, let alone access our luggage from our parked car. the neighbouring room was ajar and was full of rubbish and broken things. Our room was clean, but small and we both felt uncomfortable after hearing 2 men talking outside our room. The traffic was noisy and we felt we couldn't open the entry door for fresh air. The bed also was little and after about 20 minutes, neither of us actually felt safe. We didn't want to be in such a compromised position, staying in what we realized later was a residential block of flats, with all kinds of tenants. Not happy, we left after 20 minutes, and due to my funds, I had to leave my holiday 2 days early.

A real let down

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never go there again.

Why I wouldn't go back

The inside of the property was clean and tidy. The same cannot be said for the outside which resembled a ghetto. The neighbour laying outside on an old 2 seat lounge right near our front door sucking a durry at 7.15am as we were checking out summed it up. Beer bottles half filled with cigarette stubbs and crap littering balconies everywhere was a delight. The plastic tub used to do a vehicle oil change near the stairs was also special. Just as well it wasn't hot because there was no air conditioning and the stench from cigarettes meant we couldn't leave the front door open. I'd cry if I owned the unit and was trying to make an income when surrounded by what we saw and endured.
