Borrowdale studio apartment on the Coffs coast

This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible.

The studio was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay and some great extra touches to make us feel at home. The place was so clean and tidy when we arrived. It was in a perfect location for our needs, close to the sports stadium and an easy commute! The neighbourhood was quiet! The owners were easy to communicate with if needed. Would definitely recommend.

It is as good as all the other reviews say. Everything you need and more. Great shower, super comfortable bed. Excellent recliner chairs. I'd happily stay again.

So impressed from the moment we walked in. Extremely clean and welcoming. Clearly this studio was originally set up for someone the hosts cared a lot about as the quality shows. Now they let others use this space and we are grateful they do. Very quiet area and a short drive to Sawtell Beach. The little touches make all the difference to a stay and these hosts added thoughtful touches to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay.

Handy Location

Good cosy apartment that has good light, a good bathroom, and the host leaves out appreciated extras.We keep popping back when we are visiting the area.

We had a great stay, the flat is bright, clean & modern. We loved going to Sawtell, only 5 mins down the road. Highly recommend.

Very clean , comfortable. Had everything you need for a stay. 15 min drive from Coffs. A short drive to Sawtell, cafes and clubs, fishing.
