This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible.

Beautiful flat

We had a great stay, the flat is bright, clean & modern. We loved going to Sawtell, only 5 mins down the road. Highly recommend.

A very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodation was very comfortable in a well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean apartment with all conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We intend to stay again if we are travelling in the area.

Beautiful Stay!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in this brand spanking new studio, the owners were lovely and super helpful. The studio has everything you need, in a great location with quick easy access to Sawtell Beach and Coffs. Itching to get back already!
