This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible.

The studio was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay and some great extra touches to make us feel at home. The place was so clean and tidy when we arrived. It was in a perfect location for our needs, close to the sports stadium and an easy commute! The neighbourhood was quiet! The owners were easy to communicate with if needed. Would definitely recommend.

A very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodation was very comfortable in a well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean apartment with all conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We intend to stay again if we are travelling in the area.
