Thank you for your candid feedback and for highlighting that the interior was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We are sorry the exterior did not create the same strong first impression. Being directly on the waterfront means insects and cobwebs can reappear remarkably quickly, even after cleaning, but the veranda and patio should still have been freshly inspected before your arrival. The lawn was serviced on the day of your departure, although we recognize that this should have happened sooner. We have since strengthened our exterior maintenance checks so that the presentation outside matches the standard and care found throughout the home. We appreciate your comments and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the property.

Thank you so much, Blakeley! 😊 I’m genuinely happy you and your group had such an amazing time and that the home felt perfect, from the amenities to the location. It means a lot to hear you had so much fun. You’ll be very welcome back anytime, I’d be happy to host you again!
