The third level has an additional full bath, plus two sleeping areas: a bedroom with a full and a queen bed and the open loft area featuring a queen bed overlooking the living area below. Travel up the spiral staircase to the 4th level where you'll find the perfect setting for the kids with a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and an adorable window seat. The ground level is where you'll find the parking spots, but also the laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a bonus refrigerator for extra beverages and food! Property rents Saturday - Saturday. No cable tv.
Guests need to supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available to add to your reservation if you wish. The linen package would be delivered to the property on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the home.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
