Maximum Occupancy and Exterior Camera:

This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 7 (seven) people at all times, including adults, children, and daytime visitors. An exterior security camera overlooks the driveway and may be used to verify the number of guests entering or staying at the property. The camera does not view any interior areas. Undisclosed guests or occupancy exceeding seven people is prohibited and may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months, the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.
