We had an amazing stay, the location of the villa in regards to the beach, pool, and resort amenities was perfect. My only suggestion would be that the bathroom needed a floor bath towel for outside of the shower. Walking out of the shower wet made the tile floor slippery.

Stay was fantastic. Close to beach and hotel. Few small issues with plumbing but overall didn’t affect stay. Great location and easy communication with the property manager.

Beautiful

The room was just as pictured. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was in a great location. This unit is steps from both the pool and ocean. There are lots of restaurants to chose from on property. I would highly recommend this property!

Everything was perfect except the weather. We ate at the resort every night and the food did not disappoint. Very quiet property. There is only a toaster oven, but it was big enough to fit our medium pizza!

Wonderful Beachfront Accommodation

My wife's and my first trip to Puerto Rico. We loved the location of this condo. The grounds are beautiful. Two pools and a large hot tub, The condo is spacious. There are two restaurants up on a hill overlooking the property, with gorgeous views and outstanding food. The beach is wonderful to walk and collect shells. The ocean water was warm, but too rough for swimming. Easy access by car to Old San Juan and local beaches. Great security. Always felt safe. Assigned parking spot. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo needs some minor attention to cleanliness and amenities. Overall, a wonderful trip. We would stay here again. We have already booked for next year.

Wonderful family vacation!

We stayed in the Beachfront Villa in August 2018. My family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out in the villa and loved the ocean and pool views. The villa was clean, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were a big plus! The Wyndham resort is a gorgeous property, and very secure. It was in a great location to experience Puerto Rico. During our stay, we did a day trip to San Juan, a snorkeling trip to Culebra, a kayak adventure to the Bioluminescent Bay, a few trips to Luquillo beach and the food kiosks and a couple of trips to El Yunque for hiking. The owner of this villa is very responsive and provided a detailed information packet before our trip. It was loaded with suggestions for tours, restaurants, and insider tips to make the most of our Puerto Rico vacation. We hope to return to Puerto Rico someday, and if we do we would love to stay at one of Beatrice's properties again!

Remodel likely a huge improvement, however, needs a another refresh

Bathrm, kitchen, floor, appliances remain in good condition. Couch is terrible, like a dugout bench, worn, stained, & throw pillows w/ sour body odor smell. Cable box in bdrm is faulty, so no cable in bdrm. Outlet behind bed is broken/unusable. To plug in a phone, use an ext cord that crosses room. All cushions at island are stained & dirty. The w/d is fine, bring detergent, also bring soap, not enough for 2 for wk. Closet door handles come off & don't stay closed so w/d noise. Ice maker "intentionally disabled" per owner, 2 cube trays, enjoy making your own ice. Description lists grill, when questioned, since no pics, the owners provided a use only on balcony, unclean, electric 12 inch griddle thing, but no outlet. Provided an extension cord. Rusted balcony table, use at your peril. Couch outside, like inside-smelly & worn. Sheets are new & clean, however, they don't stay on bed so you will likely have fitted sheet wrapped around you. The ocean villas aren't part of the Wyndam any more, don't expect resort amenities are accessible. There are cobwebs on the ceiling above couch, holes in walls, and paint on walls & door show wear, tear, and humidity damage. The dishes, glasses, & silverware are mismatched & give college apartment vibe. To use loungers at beach, must find the pool guy, give your id to be held hostage until end of day.

Beautiful place, but pricey

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The place actually feels much bigger than in the pictures, which is a huge plus! The community pools were very nice, but the hot tub was broken, though. We also thought that for the price having to pay extra for a baby crib was unusual. Not having beach chairs, no sand toys, a broken boogie board, and an inflatable pool toy with a hole was also a turn-off. Tinny tiny shampoo and conditioner do not count as having any because it was gone after two people took a shower. We were also very disappointed that the property itself does not have any recycling. It is so so unfortunate because all guests go through so many beer cans that end up in the trash. I think it is a bigger issue that needs to be brought up and addressed, especially at large resort-like properties like this one. Communication on the weekend was poor and impersonal. In the email confirmation, we were given a phone number to contact ( and it was listed as the best way to reach them), and on the weekend, that phone number was not the place to call. Made things confusing. There is also a mistake in the listing description with an incorrect check-in time. We were headed to the properties for a 3pm check-in to find out, over the email, that the check-in is actually at 4pm. Anyway, I think there is some room for improvement, considering how pricey this property is.

Our villa was beautiful! The kitchen was very modern and spotless and had everything we needed. The bathroom was like a spa bathroom with double sinks and plenty of great towels. The deck patio was very large and perfect for dining. The views were spectacular and we just walked right out to the beach for long walks. We will return!

Lovely stay

Great place!! Incredible to wake up in front of the gorgeous ocean and grounds every morning. Also appreciated the giant black-out curtains so the sun doesn’t get in unless you want it to! The resort was in a nice spot to hit Luquillo, El Yunque, San Juan, and lots more super easily~ We will definitely come back!!

Unfortunately Never Again!

The location is beautiful as is the view. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is in much need to repairs and upgrades. It is not in a condition to rent to others and I wish the owner/managers were honest about it. The walls had holes and cracks, the furniture was old and falling apart. The kitchen was small and the refrigerator had broken pieces. The kitchen also had ants which drove me crazy because I did not feel comfortable putting anything down on the counter for more than a minute. The bathroom ceiling had mold and the water would turn scalding hot every couple of minutes. I really just couldn't wait to get out of there. Not a place I would ever stay again :(.

Great location

Loved the view and location. The property manager promptly responded to my messages and answered all of my questions. We spent a great week indeed!

great location!

The fact that the water went out after a unusual accident for 2 day was fine. I was kindly reimbursed. Thank you. However, for the rest of the trip The one positive is the location within the resort is great! Here are a few examples of less than desired issues the A/C in main room did not work. The dishwasher did not work and if it had detergent was not provided. The fan in the bathroom made some noise but dis not function. Parking lot opener did not work. I was told to ask someone at the desk about it. I did. Twice. They had no idea what I was talking about. Switch for disposal was exposed and potentially hazardous. Sheets in the main room smelled strongly of urine (think it was the mattress pad). No beach towels as listed. No laundry detergent provided. One “starter pack” trash bag (for a week) provided. I’m not a huge complainer and am pretty easy to please when it comes to rentals, but, wow, other than the location this was pretty bad. I contacted the managing partner as well as the owner and never received a call or back so I didn’t bother trying to let them know about the other issues.

この宿泊斜蚭のオヌナヌになった理由

We choose our villa in particular vs. other units in the building, because of this unique feeling that you are on the beach. The building gardens are surreal; you are in the middle of a forest with waves crashing just in front of you. We also choose this unit vs. others in the building because it is under the palm trees, and therefore it is one of the very few units with complete unobstructed views of the ocean. We don't have to worry about whether the palm trees have been trimmed or not, it always has perfect views!

Also, we choose this unit because it was the largest 1 bedroom model in the building (only 1 per floor of this size). It is very, very spacious as it has 1,100 sq. ft. and our living room is far larger than the living room of all the 2 bedroom models. You won't feel crowded here at all.
