The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

*D310 is one of six extended floor plan (G-model) condo units with the largest livable square footage (1465 sf) at the resort - 300 square feet larger than the majority of 2 bedroom units.

We stayed for about a week in B310 and really enjoyed our visit. The unit is large and beautifully furnished, decorated and maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with all everything you would need for a Thanksgiving dinner, lol. Every aspect is very upscale. The grounds are lovely and our two 9-year-olds and 11-year-old had lots of fun in the pool and on the waterslides. I used the bbq for dinner one night and recommend you finish before it gets dark. We will return in the future for sure.

A slice of paradise

What a wonderful condo in a gorgeous resort on the beach! The condo is spacious, richly appointed, and well equipped. The resort pool is a 185,000 gallon lazy river with multiple waterfalls and spas. It has no equal on the island and few in the state of Hawaii. The Oasis on the Beach restaurant was excellent. Candace at Kauai Calls was very quick to respond and helpful with our requests. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Kauai Getaway

We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and more. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the location of the property on the island is perfect. We will definitely recommend this property to others!

Tremendous Experience!

The unit and resort exceeded our expectations (and our expectations were high given the ratings, reviews, pictures, etc). The room was clean, it comfortably fit our family of 6 (plenty of bed space with 3 comfortable king beds and a pull out, and 3 bathrooms), the pool and hot tub area were beautiful, and the maintenance of the grounds made for a stunning atmosphere on the beach. We also loved the location, next to a grocery store and near many dining and shopping options, close to the airport, and halfway between the north and south shores. We could not have asked for better, and we look forward to returning!!

everything we wanted and needed

we stayed at the condo wirh our college age kids - the layout was perfect and allowed for both family time and.quiet time. the pool and beach access were so convenient as was the location on the island. 25 min to Poipu, 30 min to Hanalei Bay. kitchen was perfect — and we loved playing card games after dark with the sound of the beach in the background. we leveraged the concierge services provided by Susie Purdy to help us book whale watching, kayaking, mountain tubing and more! already thibking about our next trip back!

Great vacation

The room was just like the pictures. Especially liked the ice chest, beach chairs and the great wagon that was in the unit. We used them everyday. The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Right across the street there was a grocery store, Food places and ABC store. The host Candace Mack always got back to us when we needed her. We are definitely going to book this unit again!

Fantastic property

We loved the space and really enjoyed our time. we were a family with four adults and four kids ranging in ages from 9 to 13. The location was convenient to drive to all the destinations we wanted to go to and we loved walking into town for breakfast, coffee, and treats! The staff was great and, the condo was perfect. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful condo in Kapaa!

We loved staying at this condo, it was beautifully decorated with really comfortable beds. Loved how spacious it was and it had all the amenities too! Perfect spot for my family to stay in Kauai!

Little Paradise

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is absolutely perfect and conveniently located to everything. Oasis was very good (on site restaurant). And the hot tubs with sand bottoms were awesome. Note- the ocean is very wavy! We would happily return and stay longer next time!

Fantastic resort in central location

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed condo. Fun pool for kids with numerous hot tubs. Good half way point between Princeville and Poipu. Conveniently right across from Safeway for groceries and the Oasis restaurant was fantastic!

Lovely condo

This condo was perfect for my family. It is beautifully decorated with a nice ocean view. We enjoyed the central location of Kapaa for our outings to Tunnel Beach, Poipu Beach and Na Pali coast (via Port Allen). Thank you!

Best spot on Kauai

Spacious, Clean Condo and the View Delivers!

My husband, two daughters (24 and 27) and daughter’s boyfriend (28) came to Kapaa to visit with my brother-in-law and nephew. The condo was clean, the view was stunning and the space was perfect! The kitchen was full-size and fully-equipped (down to having small tupperware containers that we could use to take lunches to the beach). We had beach chairs that we could take on our amazing beach excursions to Anini, Tunnels and Poipu beaches. We did end up buying 3 beach towels at Ross because we were not sure if we could take pool towels with us off the property. We were thrilled to swim with turtles at Anini, see monk seals on the beach and in the water at Poipu and watch the turtles come up out of the water at sunset on Poipu Beach. We went up into Waimea Canyon and the view was incredible (if you want lunch at the Lodge, go early, it fills up!) We enjoyed a tour given by our talented tour guide and brother-in-law “Best of Both Worlds” at the Allerton and McBride Gardens, in which we took pictures at the same trees filmed in Jurassic Park. Wear long pants and long sleeves and take bug repellent! We have stayed all over the islands because we have family there. This place was absolutely perfect on space and beauty. The pool was awesome! The convenience of Safeway, Starbucks, Ross, ABC Store and shave ice right across the street was helpful.The only bummers for us were that the beach in front of the condo was not walkable or good for swimming and traffic out of Kapaa was heavy.

The stay was wonderful. The condo everything we expected. However location was not the best. Traffic was horrible. Took an hour to drive 10 miles on Hwy in front of condo. Would probably not stay here again due to location.

Beautiful Kuaui getaway

Beautiful property. Convenient location for all activities. Very nice beach walking/ biking path. Close to shopping, walkable.
