The Space:

Spanning nearly 2,500 square feet, this beautifully updated home offers four comfortable bedrooms, multiple gathering spaces, a dedicated billiards room, and a private heated pool designed for relaxing days and memorable evenings with your group.



Your stay begins through a gated front courtyard that immediately sets a relaxed tone for the home. Multiple seating areas, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit create a welcoming outdoor lounge—perfect for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the desert air before heading inside.



The home’s interior blends contemporary style with inviting comfort. High-end furnishings, clean architectural lines, and thoughtful design details create an atmosphere that feels both polished and comfortable. The open layout allows guests to move easily between the living room, dining area, billiards room, and kitchen, making it ideal for groups to gather while still enjoying plenty of space.



At the center of the home sits the beautifully updated kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for four. Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
