Spend a few days holiday in this house 90 m2 bright and very functional. It is located just 300 meters from the beach Porsguen. White sand dunes! Ideal for a family of four, it is made:

- The ground floor of a large living room: living room with a fireplace and TV, dining room convenient to share meals with family and kitchen overlooking the garden.
- First floor: two bedrooms to accommodate 4 people and a large bathroom

The house has a fantastic location to enjoy the activities of the resort:
- The beautiful beach of Porsguen 300 meters.
- The nautical center 600 meters away.
- Bay Kernic 300 meters for walks between land and sea or to practice char-walk and fishing.

Practice within less than 500 meters:
- Open fresh bread every day in high season
- Several pancake and takeaways nearby

TRES BELLE MAISON

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, claire. Le plus est certainement la pièce de vie de grande taille avec 2 grandes baies vitrées. L'emplacement est également un point fort : située à l'égard de l'axe principal mais cependant proche des différentes plages de Porsguen ; nous étions avec nos petits enfants de 5 ans et avons pu aller à la plage à pied. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé au début et à la fin de notre séjour. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette maison. PAPY, MAMIE ET LEURS PETITS ENFANTS

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable, très propre et très bien rénovée avec goût. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Nous avons bien apprécié le grand salon salle à manger car nous recherchons toujours de grands espaces pour nos 3 enfants. La maison est très claire grâce à ses baies vitrées. Nous avons également bien apprécié que les lits soient fait car cela nous a épargné un peu de fatigue. Les dames que nous avons rencontré à notre arrivée et à notre départ étaient très sympathiques ainsi que la propriétaire. La plage située à proximité est très agréable, calme et accessible à pied. C'est également une opportunité pour faire des balades le soir. Le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé est qu'il n'y avait pas assez de commerces de proximité pour les citadins que nous sommes. Toutefois, pour toutes les autres raisons, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très belle maison agréable à vivre

Nous avons apprécié la maison et le garage pour notre voiture, le calme absolu de l'environnement,les nombreuses plages alentours,le petit restaurant "Roch Armor" dan les dunes où l'on s'est régalé souvent de fruits de mer... la maison très propre, les conseils des proprietaires sympas,les balades dans les sentiers de bord de mer ,je recommanderais bien entendu cette location à mes amis,

Perfect holiday in Bretagne

We have spent two lovely weeks with our two year old daughter in this house. The description of the house and surroundings matched very well with the actual situation. The house is very well equipped, and offers all the comfort of a modern house. It's spacious, clean and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The garden surrounding the house offers plenty of space to relax and for children to play. The beach is just a couple of minutes away by foot, there's a nice restaurant with simple but good food and a beautiful view on the coast. Next to all this, the owners of the house are very friendly and will make sure your stay in the house is as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a place to spend their holidays in Bretagne.

La vraie Bretagne

Maison bien entretenue, trés confortable avec de beaux volumes, lumineuse et bien équipée. Idéale avec des enfants qui ont de la place dans la grande pièce à vivre et la mezzanine à l'étage.Calme et tranquillité, Inutile de prendre sa voiture pour aller à la plage toute proche. De belles ballades pédestres avec magnifiques vues sur mer. Tous les commerces à proximité et de qualité. Bref à recommander
