Family vacation!

We loved this property! The location was steps to everything in the village. Walking distance to the beach! The pool area was private. Our family loved our trip! We rented a golf cart to cruise the island, but you are close enough to everything that you would not need to! Chairs, beach toys, and wagon are provided on site!

Fantastic Stay

We were in town for just 2 days for a family event. This location was perfect, and the home itself provided everything we needed. Lots of space, very clean, and having access to the pool was great. Would definitely stay here again if we were back on the Key.

Girl's weekend trip

I planned a short getaway for my niece and her friend and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The location was perfect. It was very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The home was beachy, clean and well appointed. We also spent time in the pool which was a fantastic bonus! I would wholeheartedly recommend for a couple, family or really anyone looking for a sweet oasis.Thank you to Nicki who was a great hostess:)

Great location nice place

We would stay here again and rent the bottom too! nice pool spacious, 2 king beds. Short walk to great beach, so close to town we walked to dinner, store, and drinks every night. No car needed.

Great spot

Location is excellent. So close to beach and nightlife/ shopping. Well equipped rental. Property manager was quick to communicate when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible stay - wonderful location & amazing hosts!

We had an absolutely amazing getaway at Nicki's place. The property is wonderful with a relaxing pool & hot tub. It was incredibly clean & well appointed. Close to everything, including restaurants & the beach. We had a blast renting bicycles & cruising around the area. We would hope to stay there again! 10/10!

This property is an amazing find. Super close to the Siesta Key Village, walking distance to the beach as well, very clean, very spacious, and the hosts are great communicators and good people. I am not a robot, this is a real review. I will be staying at this property again during my next trip to Siesta.

A perfect way to see Siesta Key

This was our first trip to the Siesta Key area and it was a perfect house and location to experience it all. The village is literally steps away and central to everything. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to beach and enjoy ourselves, as we had flown in from out of town and bringing extra supplies was not practical. We loved it!

Great location! Great host!

This property was perfect for our girls trip. It had all the amenities needed and was located next to many restaurants and bars. The market was right across the street and the beach was just a short walk. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas and wagons. The house was clean and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back. The only suggestions I have is to add a body mirror and a small cooler.

Girls Long Weekend

Owners were very responsive and accmmodating. Perfect place, lots of room and very clean. This rental was close to everything! no need to rent a car! Great shopping, food and servers were ALWAYS pleasant and attentive! We will definitely be back! only suggestion would be full length mirrors, and hooks on the back of doors to hang wet items and jackets. ☺️

Very comfortable and conveniently located !

This house provided a great stay with my family. The house is super cozy and fit us all comfortably . There were ten of us- 5 adults and 5 teens . There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the house was fully equipped with mostly everything we needed. Lots of towels , bedding pillows etc. Great laundry room which came in handy. The location was perfect as we were walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. There were plenty of beach chairs and wagons for the beach. Pool area and hot tub were enjoyable. The owners were super easy to communicate with and made the whole experience pleasurable. Highly recommend !

All about location!

The location of this property is perfect for those wanting to walk to Siesta Village, you a literally steps from the shops. Nice easy walk to the beach, pool and hot tub both warm 80s and high 90s. Great layout of the condo, plenty of beds and bathrooms for multiple couples. Only negative on the property was that is was only superficially clean. Vents, fans, furniture very dusty. The walls, bathrooms, and floors need to be scrubbed, scuff marks and dirt. After not wearing shoes in the condo your feet are dirty needs a good mopping. Otherwise great value, locations, amenities. Would stay again!

No mention of bunk beds

The owners were responsive to communication. Biggest issue was that the drawing on the site shows 2 double beds for one of the rooms; instead what we found was a bunk beds situation. If I had known I would have never booked that place. I am 70 years old and had to climb up a bunk bed each night. I managed but it was no fun really. Also, the floor underneath the bottom bunk bed had trash. The other two rooms with king beds were very nice. The dishwasher works but the flap to close the detergent doesn't work. Could use a set of stainless pots; the nonstick ones seem worn but I guess that happens with normal wear and tear for nonsticks. The decor is nice. Great location right next to town and quiet as well.
