Positioned at the end of a quiet cul-d-sac and overlooking Somerset Dam, this brand new Hamptons style home is spacious and well appointed.
Somerset Dam has a unique and welcoming atmosphere with so much to explore. Waterski, wakeboard, wakesurf, fish or swim in the enclosed swimming area down at Kirkleigh (less than 5 mins away) or the Spit (10 min drive away) - with both areas having boat ramps.
