Our family had a fantastic stay and it was perfectly located near The Greenhouse for our daughter’s wedding. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were great, and we loved spending time on the [patio rocking chairs while the 2 year old ran around and around the backyard. It’s in a quiet spot but still close to Pinetop-Lakeside and Woodland Lake. You can tell the owners care about the little details that make a stay enjoyable. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this rental to others.

Charming Home in the Pines

Nice location. Enjoyed our stay, especially the back porch and beautiful yard. Check-in was easy, and the home accommodated our group of seven well. Initially had to spend some time rearranging the family room furniture to be similar to the listing photos. Everything was oddly pushed up against the walls, leaving a large open space in the middle. Once fixed, the space was much more appealing.

The family enjoyed the break to the mountains from the heat of the valley. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the park. Great location to get out and see all the sights in the area. We enjoyed the home!

Very enjoyable and relaxing, just to short. Home was in excellent condition. Really thought the MBR was very well appointed, especially the bedroom suit. No complaints what do ever and a place we would surely return to.

Beautiful cabin and great location! This cabin is located right across from Woodland Park and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room and the kids loved the upstairs playroom!

Pinetop cabin with A/C

Loved our stay at this home in Pinetop. Close to Woodland Lake. Loved that the home had A/C during untypical hotter temps. Would definitely rent again!

Nice house with easy access

Good house. Easy access and nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard has a gazebo now. Loved the blackstone in the backyard. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen seemed stocked with everything we needed. We did have to empty the ice trays as the ice was bad, but the new ice was just fine. The furnished water out of the water dispenser was a nice touch. The master shower had a "deluxe" shower head that once we figured out was pretty cool. Washer and dryer worked for the 1 load that we did. Probably could do without the main living carpet runners and definitely needed blinds in the master toilet closet. Price was reasonable for the weekend we stayed and would stay here again if its available. Thank you.

Perfect family vacay

The house was exactly as advertised. Very nice living area and kitchen, and the large backyard and deck were perfect for enjoying the great weather. Convenient to town amenities and just a short walk to Woodland Park, which was taken advantage of multiple times. Only small inconvenience was the bedrooms upstairs don't have a convenient bathroom.

This is a beautiful home with many amenities. Sleep 10 with no issue. Please note that some of the sleeping quarters are upstairs. Definitely recommend staying here. And the owners are wonderful!

Break from the heat!

This house was amazing, two families stayed here for a week both with children. The up stairs area was nice for the kids to play and watch tv when not out side playing in the amazing weather. The main floor was big enough for 2 couples to stay and not be in each others way. The back yard was amazing to hang out it and relax. The only thing we would have liked was a could of hammocks to lay in, in the yard but other then that it was amazing.

We didn't want to leave ! I need a higher rating number . This place is really focused on comfort. from the beds all the way to plenty of room for parking. I felt like I was at home in this house.

This rental is such a joy to stay at. All you need is already there . I didn't have to pack my whole kitchen. The welcome basket was such a blessing when we got there, we could feed my grand kids without running to the store first thing upon getting there. The house it self is just gorgeous, beds comfortable , too many extras to list here . This place is truly a gem . The lake is near for fishing, there are hiking trails , and everyone was so friendly. Everything you would need or want is close to home. The backyard is perfect for little ones to play and just hangout and star gaze at night. Communication with Augusta and David was great , always responded quickly with any questions I had. It's a very nice friendly neighborhood, I felt very safe here. Many good memories were made with my family. This place is as shown in the pictures.
