This newly listed home is a beautiful well maintained 3BR 2 full WR condo. Located in the Falling Waters Gated Community. This home boasts the largest floor plan in the community at over 1800sf. Just steps away to the 11000sf Tropical salt water heated pool & Clubhouse and Tennis & Bocce courts. Has vaulted ceilings which creates an open and welcoming feel. Updated kitchen, Lanai with impact glass sliding doors. Master bedroom with King bed with full ensuite with jetted tub, 2nd guest room with Queen with TV & third guest bedroom with2 twin beds. Conveniently located(5 miles)to downtown Naples, Beach & Pier.

Great community and place!!

Property owner was very responsive. The grounds are well maintained and it’s close to everything. The condo is very spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will go back!!

Great Stay

Thank you for the great stay at Falling Waters. This place was just the best. We loved every minute here. The place was well stocked for all our needs. The location was perfect. Pool magnificent. We found plenty of dining options in the area to enjoy. Overall I highly recommend this property to everyone. We will definitely be returning soon.

Perfect community for our needs

Photos were exactly like the property. No surprises! Beautifully maintained with outstanding landscaping. The community members were welcoming and friendly. And the pool was everything it was described to be! Like a resort! Just needs a tiki bar!! :)

Great stay at Falling waters

This is a larger than normal Falling Waters three-bedroom ; plenty of room for a large group. The unit is within walking distance to the pool, which is a huge bonus. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was extremely responsive to any questions and issues - even ordering extra supplies (new towels & knife set) to make our stay comfortable. My only suggestion is to re-create the book or put online the guest rules & detail unit instructions. The guest book was missing. Also, all the beds are memory foam mattresses, which are not for everyone. We got used to it as our stay went on but I would prefer a regular mattress. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a visit to Naples, FL.

Naples vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Falling Waters. I was familiar with the place so I knew it had a beautiful pool and it was very close to downtown Naples, It was also close to Sanibel and Sarasota to visit friends north of us and easy day trip for the beach in Marco Island. We had a little trouble in the beginning get in as we did not arrive until 4am due to weather, but it all worked out....Paige was extremely responsive to our calls.
