**The space**

This condominium offer you a very comfortable two bedroom looking toward the

Continental Divide and Village area. Enjoy the warmth of in-door fireplace

while watching your favorite TV show on a large flat TV screen in the living

room. Upgraded furnishings, granite counter-top, and newer appliances will

enhance your convenience during the stay.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, completed with a

television.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a sleeper sofa pulls out in the

living area.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
