Downstairs 2 doubles and 1 sofa bed . Incredible kitchen with Smeg appliances. Could easily house travelling professionals or 2 families. 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom and 2 Living areas. 3 secure undercover parking included. Shopping plaza 2 minutes walk away. Will not disappoint.

Townhouse as described

This property is well located and well supplied with items needed during a stay (e.g. kitchenware, towels, iron, laundry). We had 7 adults and 1 child in the space and were not cramped together. Lower level bedrooms smelled damp on entry, however improved with airing out.

We had a nice stay at this beautiful property with 4 bedrooms that accommodate two families with children. The bedrooms on the bottom floor were adequate for the kids.The location is convenient with a Coles and food just across the street.Two parking spaces are available but the access is tight and the lots just about fit a mid-size SUV.

Potential to be excellent but during our stay it felt tired and a bit shabby in places. Communication with owner was short and blunt. It was clear from all the “do not” instructions that the owners have had problems with their body corporate or had bad visitors in the past.

Stayed here with our netball team. Couldn’t close a bathroom door and owner arranged a tradesman to fix it the same day (Saturday night). Great piece of mind knowing if anything goes wrong it will be dealt with swiftly.

Great Location, stunning Apartment

This Manhattan Apartment is absolute elegance, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, close to CBD and has a Shopping Centre across the road. Phillippa is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with anytime of the day. The thoughtful gestures were an added bonus and much appreciated. Only negative note would be the heating downstairs was insufficient for the area. I would definitely recommend and revisit this beautiful apartment again. Thankyou Philippa

Simply Beautiful - Thank you

We came to Adelaide from Perth for the first time and chose winter to explore something different to our usual warmer choice of holiday. The trip was amazing and the accomodation made it so easy due to the location being so close to pretty much everything. This house is exactly what you see in the advert and does not let you down at all. Philippa is a great communicator and a fabulous host. The house is beautiful and so lovley to come into, the decorating very modern and everything is clean and extremely user friendly. The thoughtful touches throughout the house of conveniences make it easy to settle in fast and get straight into your holiday. The only thing we would make note of would be is that the downstairs area was quite cold and we found it hard to heat it up even with the split system heating. We actually bought a little heater to warm the lower rooms up that did help a bit (this could possibly be because we are not used to being so cold in WA) We will be back for sure because we loved our stay and were really happy with the entire visit. Its kinda sad to be leaving to be honest. Thank you again Philippa, Lanie & Richard
