Perfect for our needs

The house has all the basics required plus much more for a very comfortable stay - it is super clean, has comfy beds, quality linen and towels, all the necessary kitchenware and is generous with provisions such as clothes washing detergent, loo paper etc. We really appreciated all the extras like a lovely welcome gift, quality toiletries, coffee machine/pods and beach towels if required. While it is compact, it is well laid out. Rochelle is very responsive. We would definitely return.

A absolutely beautiful property ! Beautifully appointed beautifully decorated ! Very comfortable ! Quality inclusions beautiful linen and comfy beds it was a joy to stay there and a short drive to everything ! We will be back !

Comes highly recommended!

The house is presented beautifully, lovely fresh decor throughout, spotlessly clean and lots of extras to make our stay so lovely, easy and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, and even a coffee machine - woohoo 🙌🏼 The bedrooms are beautiful and fresh, comfortable beds with high quality linen and towels. Our stay with young children was made so easy with the hosts providing a high chair, portacot, bedrail baby bath, toys and games. Rochelle is an incredibly thoughtful host, was great to communicate with, respected privacy but was also readily available if need be. Location is handy to beaches and shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and would say this was easily one of the best presented homes we’ve rented throughout our travels. Thanks Rochelle.

I enjoy bushwalking with my family and visiting different local beaches. I am a coffee lover and enjoy the Central Coast's cafe culture. If you are looking for local advice I am always willing to give you local tips and recommendations.

Set in a quiet community setting. This cottage is close to everything. It is conveniently located minutes to a selection of local beaches including Shelly Beach surf and golf club, Toowoon Bay and the Killarney Vale Foreshore and cycleway.

Enjoy a waterside stroll, picnic, bike ride and then shop till you drop followed by refreshments at popular bars, cafes or restaurants.

Long Jetty Markets are on the last Saturday of the month, between 9am and 2pm, at the Long Jetty Foreshore.

Explore over 130+ stalls of international foods, fashion, homewares, desserts, jewellery and many more. Celebrate local artists, get your face painted and enjoy what markets are all about, bringing the community together.

If you enjoy fitness and entertainment, Mingara recreation club is minutes away. Mingara Recreation Club is the heart of the community. A place where you are warmly welcomed with great coffee, cocktails, craft beer or the finest Australian wine; it's where you can dine out with family and friends or simply relax with live entertainment. It offers a state of the art gym and aquatic centre. It's a place to escape, to laugh, to be entertained, relax and indulge.
The Mingara Aquatic Centre offers :

Indoor heated 8 lanes Olympic pool
At 1.2 metres deep and 50 metres long, it was purpose-built to cater for lap swimming for health, fitness, competition and general water activities.

Heated leisure pool
With a play area and a gently sloping beach entry, fun water features will keep the family entertained. Rapid river in the leisure pool – don’t miss the moving whirlpool to excite the kids and the young at heart.

Hydrotherapy pool
Providing warm, deep water for gentle exercise, it’s ideal for rehabilitation, mobility exercises and some learn to swim classes.
