Located on the second floor of a century-old home steps from a 400-acre park and Lake Ontario. Two bedrooms (king size beds), 2 glass showers, modern European kitchen with Wolf gas range, ensuite washer and dryer, AC, Gas fireplace, wifi, two TVs with Netflix, Amazon Video, Crave TV, HBO, Sat. TV, and 400 sq foot deck.
This property is not rented for events, parties, gatherings, cocktail events. It is for your exclusive use only.
It is not rented to anyone with 5 or more positive reviews
Long terms tenants are expected to pay for additional cleanings (every two weeks).
