Beach Getaway for Families & Friends - Seconds walk from the beach!

"Entire first floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Two of the rooms have private entrances and verandas. The property is located a 40 seconds walk from the beach. Perfect for groups and families (10 Max for the first floor - See bigger groups below). Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, etc are available.

The space
The first floor also has a full kitchen and a living room. BBQ grills are available (KRW 30 000 Cleaning Fee and includes Charcoal).

Bigger groups can rent 1 or 2 private rooms separately on the second floor. Each with own bathroom, kitchenette, sea-view balcony and private entrance (Max 3 per guests per room). We also have a 4-bedroom beach house right next to the beach that can accommodate up to 15 people.

Guest access
We have parking for 4 cars at the house, but to be honest it's a bit difficult to get in and out. We have another Beach House only a minute's walk from there with ample private parking exclusively to our guests. We recommend you park there and we can all enjoy more space around the house for BBQ etc. If you have many things you are bringing with, you can always drop it off quickly, park the car and take a short walk back next to the beach.

2 Pet are allowed if small, well trained, non-aggressive, no mess and no noise. Pets aren't allowed on the bedding and can't be left unattended.

Smoking is not allowed inside. Smoking on he veranda and in the garden is fine. Please use ash trays. Please recycle and dispose of trash responsibly.

Out of consideration for our other guests and neighbours, please go inside or to the beach if you know your party will be noisy and going on late.

Extraordinaire

Rdc d´une maison quasiment sur ka plage , vue incroyable de la belle terrasse ! Nous étions un groupe de 10, 6 dans 3 belles chambres avec salles de bain chacune et 4 ados sur des futons par terre. Maison bien équipée et possibilité de faire des bbq. Commerces et quelques restaurants à côté. Surtout un accueil incroyable des hôtes ! Sugi et Derrick sont extraordinaires, toujours disponibles et à l´ecoute ! Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire !
