- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. Wonderful place to stay

My family loved the property, communication with the property manager was top notch! Absolutely great location!!! I highly recommend this home to any family looking to enjoy a quiet stay close to the parks! Thanks again to the property manager for being AMAZING!

Perfect for our getaway!

The condo was a great location, right size for a 4 person girls weekend. We enjoyed the pool, having our own bed and a comfy place to chat and have fun. It was a great stay! Would definitely come back again and recommend to others!

Granny’s House

This was disappointing! When we arrived we had to wait to get added to the list for entry at the gate. The house is big and in a good location BUT SUPER DATED! The kitchen, appliances, and cookware need an overhaul. There’s a broken burner on the stove. A loose floorboard on the steps. An outlet plate fell off. The living room blinds are broken. The pool gate is broken (not so safe for my 5 year old). Ants are all over the kitchen counters and other places and a large roach showed up in the downstairs bathroom while my baby was using it! The TV’s and technology are also out of date. I think it was like a TiVo symbol on the remote and a PS2 for the gamer. And for added fun the AC went out on a twice, once on 90 degree day! This was like vacationing at granny’s. The property manager was great but the owners really need to do better!

The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was at the gate, on the arrival day, they did not have my reservation on the list and we had to call the costumer service line. We waited 45 min at the gate before they let us in. The security lady at the gate was very nice and very helpful.

Lovely home

Loved the stay very spacious had everything we needed. But the pool cleaner people just walked right in the back we did not like.

March 4-7 vacation

The location and the development itself was excellent. The house itself is in need of a renovation at this point. It needs to be painted throughout, the flooring needs to be all replaced due to most tiles are cracked, flooring on stairs falling apart, electrical wall plates missing or broken. Pool heater was broken. Furniture is old and cheap. there was a small amount of tiny bugs around kitchen sink only and each day we had to get rid of them. Main floor TV cable box not working as we had to switch the cable box from the bedroom upstairs in order to get it to work. The house layout is great and has a lot of potential if it was renovated. It is a shame that the owner is not putting any money into this house as it is in a great neighborhood and fantastic location near restaurants, Disney etc. We since moved on to our rental in the Tampa area for the next month and what a difference in homes as you can see the pride of ownership compared to the rental in Kissimee.

Our stay was nice. The townhouse was clean, but it was somewhat dated. There were minor problems, like an electrical burner on the stove, the bathroom fan on the lower level & the refrigerator light (which light up the control settings) wasn’t working. The faucet control in the lower bathroom was stripped out & was still usable, but water control knob would come off in your hand. Some of the pavers around the pool were sinking & uneven. I spoke with the (very friendly) property manager about these problems & she said she would make sure to address the problems. Other then that, our stay was very pleasant. The overall property was clean, quite & secured with guarded gates at the entrance of the compound. The main clubhouse & pool area was very nice & it has a open bar with a grill. The food was very good & reasonably priced. I would probably stay here again.

Sun soaked Kissimmee home

The townhome met our needs adequately and was overall okay, however there were a few maintenance issues that had to be addressed during our first full day there. Gwen and her husband were great about coming out to fix what could be repaired though we would have preferred not to have the issues at all. Would stay again just hope all would be addressed before arrival next time.

A weekend getaway

It was easy to register at the gate,the place was clean, a working coffee maker, would have love to enjoy the pool but. It was too chilly for us. Would recommend this place.

Family Relaxation

Gwen is an enormous pleasure to have worked with, and very accommodating. The home area is so safe and secure, it has its own highway and gated entrance, you wouldn't know the community is there if you have absolutely no business being there. Pool is cute and small, there's a bigger one in the community. A little paint job would suffice but overall, I was very happy.
