Place was really clean, had a nice view, close to silver dollar city, plenty of space and bathrooms for our party of 11. Only thing is it could use a new coffee pot as it was hit or miss on working.

Great location & accommodating

I didn’t give it five stars because the hot tub was not working when we arrived and we didn’t get the chance to even use it. They did send over maintenance but still was not able to use. Overall location, space , and home was great! Good communication!

Great Community

We had a great time at this property. We were a party of five and had more beds than we knew what to do with. We did have ants which was a little bit annoying, but I sprayed for them, and that took care of the problem. But this is also a product of this time of year. We would definitely rent again at this property. The community and the view were both awesome.

The property was very nice, the only thing that would have been helpful would be some further basic cleaning supplies. We were able to locate a broom but a mop would have been helpful as there was some rain the the nearby construction made it difficult not to track in dirt. We purchased and left a grill cleaning brush as that was needed before cooking

The couches were very cheap. One of the couches had a broken back and you could not lean back.

We had a good time and the house worked well for the family. Lots of room. One problem was the rug in the first floor bedroom rolled up on the edges causing a fall hazard. The bathroom opening onto the bedroom would not open because of the rug. We had to go into the hall to access the bathroom. This is a problem that needs to be addressed.

We had a good time! The house was very nice. The only thing is the floors were not the cleanest. We dont wear shoes in our home since we have small children crawling around , so here we also did not wear shoes into the vacation house . We all wore socks or went barefoot and on the first night, all of our feet and socks were very dirty. We went and purchased slippers to wear around the house the rest of the time. Suggestions: It would have been nice to have a vacuum in the house to pick up the crumbs the kids leave behind. Also providing a baby gate for the stairs would be great for families.

Enjoyable stay - mattresses very firm on every bed!

Easy check-in/out. Good communication from RentBranson. Hot tub was really nice. View was pretty and location was convenient. House was as described and clean. Our favorite spots were the back decks! Property amenities were good for the kiddos (indoor pool was not heated.) Lots of windows for sunlight but there are nice, pull down darkening shades. Construction is ongoing as disclosed but we didn’t find it too bothersome. Our young boys enjoyed being next to the construction site. Because this rental is relatively new and I understand how important reviews are, I did not subtract stars for what might just be personal preference. That being said, the mattresses are very firm! The quality is decent but you have to like a firm sleep to get any rest. We were three adults and four kids ages 4 and under. One adult liked their mattress. Everybody else struggled to sleep, or stay asleep. We tried all the beds and the couches but couldn’t find a comfortable place. In keeping with the ‘modern’ theme, the other furniture has sleek likes and is smaller in scale. I wouldn’t rent this specific unit if I had a rough or rowdy crew along. The couches are okay for sitting but not comfortable for lounging. Things that could make the stay more enjoyable: mattress toppers, keurig, broom with dust pan (need a way to keep the floors clean for babies who crawl and eat off the floor), ceiling fans or oscillating ingstarter dish soap (only had dishwasher pods but no dish soap), fire pit table on lower deck for s’mores and staying warm outside the hot tub.

Decent space, not the best fit for our family though

REVIEW: We stayed in this home during spring break with 11 people that included 6 adults and 5 children. PROS: - Great location. Central to everything and on average took us about 10 minutes to get to everything we were going to. - Amenities were kids loved the heated indoor swimming pool. They have a basketball and tennis court too. - Decor in the home is modern coastal and is very pretty. - The hot tub was great and didn't require any additional warm-up/heating time before we got it. - Keyless entry was nice. - We had 3 cars and there were always enough parking spots in front of our home. - Utensils/kitchenware was in abundance. - Amble dining seating and the outdoor couches/seats were nice and comfortable. - The bunk beds and downstairs area is really fun for kids. CONS: - The beds are very hard. If you don't like a firm bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. - The couches in the living room are extremely uncomfortable. The backs on them don't go up very high and hit at an awkward spot. - The layout was not ideal for us - 3 baths are in the bsmt to go with 2 beds, and 1 bath is on the top floor to be shared with the two beds on that level. We had two adult couples upstairs and it was awkward to have to share one bathroom. - We had a couple staying in the main floor bedroom who used the attached bathroom as an ensuite, leaving no other bathroom for the main floor. - The tvs are not smart tvs and only have basic cable. The tvs don't have the best sound/image quality either. We had to buy a Roku so we could access Netflix/Disney. - A heads-up that this home is not managed by the actual owners. I've learned over the years of staying in VRBO properties that homes that are managed by the owners typically have faster response time and overall care. The lady I was communicating with was nice but responses often took a while and she didn't seem to know all the ends and outs of the home. -- The trash situation is annoying. You create a lot of trash with large groups and each time it has to be driven to the end of the road and put it in a dumpster. Wish they had actual trash cans out front of the house. - There was only one narrow cabinet to use as a pantry/to store food. - The bathroom in the bunk bed room had a sliding door with no handle and I was not always - able to close it, let alone lock it. - There were no chairs or additional seating in any of the bedrooms other than the beds themselves.
