This home does have direct ATV trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley.

Clean & Safe Rental Properties: Keeping our vacation homes sparkling clean is a top priority for us here at Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals. All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Camp review

We rented the camp for 2 months for a construction crew and our self on the week ends as building a camp ourselves a mile away. The camp had a great vibe with lots of sleeping accommodations. Place was stocked with everything you would need and just bring your food. We had no issues and looking forward to renting a few more weeks this spring. Awesome get away! Definitely would recomend. Way to go Morton and Furbish😊

The cabin was great, only complaint was one shower for 6 guests, we managed!!! We give the ATV trails a four rating, way too many roads for our liking. We ended up trailering our machines to the Stratton / Eustis area and were very impressed with the trails there.

Little moose cabin

Beautiful, clean cabin right off the snowmobile trail. All the at-home amenities while on vacation. Look forward to next year!

the cabin was fine. simple but worth renting due to the proximity to the snowmobile trail. The problem was that the front entrance to the door was all ice and snow. the porch had not been shoveled and literally had a foot and half of snow on it with maybe a foot wide path to the door. but the stairs were covered with ice and my sister and I each took a turn on the ground due to the ice. We spent one afternoon chipping the ice off of the stairs so no one else would get hurt. That said. The Morton and Furbish staff are always the friendliest and very nice.

Moose Week

For our group of four adults, this cabin had plenty of room. Amazed that it has all the amenities of home. Aside from personal hygiene items, this cabin had it all. Very clean and isolated. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. We could have had three more adults easy. Very cozy and comfortable. Tucked in the trees for a peaceful recluse from the rest of the world. Would definitely look to stay here again. A+++.

Cozy little cabin with wood paneling and solid wood furniture. It does not have any air conditioning which was uncomfortable with the warmer days, more suited for the colder months.
