The main living area at the rear of the home has comfortable sofas and new TV for relaxing. High speed wifi and cable services are included. There is a second living area at the front of the home, ensuring there is plenty of space to spread out.

The spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinet space with everything you may need to cater for your family. As well as the breakfast bar, there is a bright dining area to enjoy meals.

The generous master bedroom suite boasts a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, shower and bathtub, plus walk-in-wardrobe – perfect for storing those suitcases out of the way.
There are two twin rooms perfect for the children, which share a bathroom. There is a further queen bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom.

There is much fun to be had in the games room which includes air hockey table and ping pong.

The south facing pool deck is nestled within tropical planting offering your own private oasis. There is a great size pool which can be heated upon request for an additional charge. An outdoor dining table and chairs together with loungers ensure you can comfortably spend a whole day enjoying the pool area. There is even a pool deck bathroom for convenience.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

Towels and linen are provided, plus a washer and dryer for guest use.

Windwood Bay is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Windwood Bay is well-located for Disney (19 mins), Universal (25 mins), Sea World (21 mins). A great place to explore all Central Florida has to offer.
