Welcome to Claimjumper!



The Claimjumper has crisp, stylish décor—newly upgraded post-mod furniture/mattresses! This uncommonly large unit has high ceilings, a real treat in Breck. The pool-hot tub house is right next door, with a swim-out pool (partly indoors and partly outdoors) and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! There are visible fireplaces, but they are decorative only (no fires permitted).



Centrally located for Skiing and hitting the town at the 800 block of Airport Road, Breckenridge, CO. You'll have a lovely snow-coated view of aspens and mountains peaking out over the trees. Only a few minutes from the gondola parking and in front of a city market.



iTrip Breckenridge is a professional management company with local resources, and we hate to brag, but we have the best reviews per property of virtually any other local rental company! You're in great hands!



Being right on the complimentary shuttle (yellow line) running 3 times per hour in winter cuts the hassle factor to zero. The free shuttle has only one stop between you and the gondola and shops, bars, and restaurants of South Main Street. You do NOT need a car here, so book here and avoid parking or driving worries after a night out. We have a fabulous grocery delivery partner! But if you want to drive, we have parking for up to 3 cars!



With an on-site manager, toys, a pool, and hot tubs, this is a perfect home away from home for 2 families with kids. The convenience of this unit on the free shuttle line makes traveling with even the sub-5-year-old crowd a breeze!



The fabulous newly remodeled Breckenridge Rec Center is kitty-corner right across the street, is reasonably priced and open to the public. You're about 1000 feet from the paved Blue River Bike Trail. There are a ton of hiking trails easily accessible without getting in your car - see the map in the pictures!

Wonderful Trip!

We absolutely loved Sandy’s place. It was very clean and stylish. The kids adored the play room and bunk beds. The pool and outdoor hot tub were a big hit. Right near town and the shuttle is at the end of the road. Perfect place for two families. We will come again!

Claimjumper Condo

This was such a wonderful place to go and enjoy the beautiful scenery and get away from it all. Very nice and cozy. It had everything we needed for our skii vacation. Looking forward to a potential summer trip here as well.

Great place!!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place!! Great location, easy check in process and everything was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a large group!

This condo really is huge. We had two families of four and were very comfortable. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 10. The kids had so much playing in the loft. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was great! Grocery store and Main street were down the street. The house provided sleights for the kids and much more for them. The pool was close to house and the backyard had great hills for the kids to sleigh down. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip for Oktoberfest

Spectacular amenities abound along with well thought out upgrades! If your style is comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, then this condo checked everything off for me and my girlfriends! The property is situated just outside the village and backs up to the forest. We were greeted with chipmunks and magpies every morning and breathing in the fresh mountain air and directly hiking from the back door was such a treat. The location is on a quiet side, away from the main street. The bedrooms, like many past reviewers have said, were enormous! We didn't have any kids with us, but the bonus loft space in the 3rd bedroom would definitely delight many kids. The kitchen was beautifully updated with a gas range, 14-cup coffee maker (bonus since we were all big time coffee drinkers), air fryer, microwave, blender for our morning smoothies, all the cooking utensils we could need, plus well sharpened knives for all the chefs out there. Leave your spices at home as this condo has a full range of spices from turmeric to paprika to basil, etc., and there are even a range of different cooking oils provided. There are rolls of aluminum foil, saran wrap, and wax paper for all your baking needs. There are also storage containers for all your yummy left overs to reheat for a late night snack. The beds were all super comfortable and provided everyone with a restful night's sleep. The linens were all very clean and not a spot of stain anywhere. The thermostats all worked well and kept all the rooms nice and toasty. There were plenty of hangers in the closets (which were all huge) and there were also plenty of space in the dressers. The bathrooms were all very well updated. The master bathroom had 3(!) shower options: rain shower, handheld, stationary cold (I guess for those hot summer days). There are 4 bathrooms total and they all had shower availability. We never ran out of hot water. The lighting on the ground floor bathroom was voted to have the best lighting for primping. Other touches that we thought were a big plus were: humidifier, extra pillows and blankets, extra towels, hair dryers in all the bathrooms, and all the kitchen cleaning supplies like dishwasher tablets. When staying here, don't forget to take a dip in the indoor hot tub and pool after a long day of touring Breck. Very lovely facilities. Thanks, Sandy, we will cherish our memories from our stay!

Great condo in Breckenridge

We had a great stay at this Claim Jumper condo. It is a nice, quieter location with a view of aspens and mountains peaking out over the trees. There was some recent fire mitigation with trees cut down and piled in these neat mounds- not ideal view, but still a great spot and plenty of trees around. The complex is older but this unit is beautifully updated and great for a large family or 2-3 small couples/families. The kids bunkroom is huge with a play loft that is ideal for kids age 4-9. Master bedroom even bigger. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with griddle, instapot, airfryer, blender, spices, aluminum foil/plastic wrap, etc. Grill worked great and outdoor furniture comfy. We used the Free Shuttle stop at end of drive to get straight to gondola and North side of main street. We took goldola to peak 7, walked down street to Cucumber Gulch trail head (across from Peaks trailhead) and hiked directly back to condo- which was fun. Would stay here again. Great value!

Beyond Expectations

This condo was perfect for our family vacation in Breckenridge. Very clean and modern space, plenty of room for everyone and the condo was thoughtfully stocked with all necessary amenities and cooking tools/spices. Centrally located, within walking distance to downtown and gondola but very quiet area. Kids loved swimming in the pool & spa every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Great property with plenty of beds! Very clean and in a great location. There is a bus stop right at the end of the driveway to take you to the gondola. We didn’t have any children, but it was very child friendly (toddler utensils, gates, sled, games, etc.). very cozy and I would stay there again!

Perfect ski condo

This visit exceeded our expectations! The condo is immaculate and wonderfully renovated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food for a large group. The view is peaceful and was beautiful with the snow. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. We road the bus to the gondola to ski and the kids took it into town. It is an older building so the heater makes some noise but after a few long days of skiing you dont notice it. We would stay here again!!

AMAZING

No doubts, best stay in Breck ever.__House super clean and fully loaded. Super nice bathrooms and lots of beds. Kids had so much fun there. Only 3 min from gondola parking and in front of city market. Perfect location. Outdoor and indoor hot tube and pool next door. We will definitely gonna be back pretty soon.__Thank you so much for the stay guys.
