Guest Suite attached to private residence. On Whitewater Lake. Spacious with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace. Large wall of windows facing Whitewater Lake. 1Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Bar with small fridge microwave and coffee maker. Coffee,Wine glassses and coffee mugs provided. Towels and bedding provided. Paddle board & kayak available for use in summertime. Shoreline is shallow and weedy for swimming but can paddle to nice swimming spots or public beach is 2 min away. Can drive snow machine directly onto lake from backyard and access all OFSC trails in winter. Great ice fishing as well in winter. Outdoor deck and Separate private keyless entry.

This is a lovely and well-appointed guest suite. The suite was spotlessly clean and exactly as represented in the photos. Bedroom and bathrooms were clean and modern with fresh linens. Check-in process and communication with our host was super easy. I can highly recommend this as a perfect spot to stay within 10 minutes of Sudbury.

We love the homey feel of the suite. Perfect for a couple who wants to get away from the city. So peaceful & quiet, the suite is really maintained & immaculately clean. We stayed for a night & feel it’s not enough. It’s so easy to find, restaurants are just 8 minutes away. Lisa, the sweet host is very attentive & prompt in replying to my queries. This place is highly recommended *****

Being a lakefront property, I didn’t really want to leave. The property was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely worth the stay. Just remember there’s no kitchen so plan accordingly.

Amazing property!

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place in Sudbury. The property was clean and the access to the waterfront was super convenient! Lisa was a great host and answered our questions right away and even let us use her BBQ! Would definitely recommend this property!

Loved our sweet little waterfront studio!

This property was just as listed. Beautiful waterfront setting, hostess was great! Rooms were spacious, comfy, clean and inviting. Keypad access made coming and going ideal.

This property is gorgeous and the lakeview especially. Be prepared to eat a lot of take out and bring some water bottles. :)

Beautiful waterfront property

My husband and I were visiting family in Sudbury 20 monutes away. This location gave us the opportunity to stay on the lake and kayak without having to find a a launch. We had our own private deck to enjoy the sunrise. Lisa was a great host and everything was exactly as stated.

Nice for a short stay

Not a place to stay for a week. For any length of stay more that a day or two , kitchen amenities are needed. We had to go out for all our meals. Fridge was way too small. It was smaller than we have seen in hotels. Very clean and lots of room. Beautiful view on the lake. Nice quiet location.

Comfortable and cozy

We were visiting our Son in Azilda and the location was perfect for our trip. The guest house is large and clean. We really enjoyed having the 2 fireplaces for our family movie night. The temps outside were extremely cold so we spent a lot of time in the suite. The views are pretty across the lake and it's well, shoveled and lit at night. It's a short drive to restaurants and a market.

Hotel Room on the Lake

As described in the listing, the rental is attached to the owners residence. There is no access to a kitchen. So no plates, bowls and minimal cups, glasses. It is very much like a spacious hotel room. The owner does provide access to a kayak and paddle board, which can be used on the shallow lake. And there is a TV with access to Netflix. The rental area is clean and modern. We were surprised to find some excellent mountain biking trails nearby in Voyageur park. But other than biking and hiking, and paddling on the lake, there is not much to do in the town. Perfect for a two night stay if the weather is good.

A cozy place

This this lodging is within distance to Sudbury. It rained the few days we were there but the view was amazing. One of my daughters would have loved to use the kayaks or the paddle boards. Maybe next time. Everything was in order. The place was immaculate and very spacy Thank you

Beautiful quiet getaway

Property was gorgeous with a stunning view of the lake. Campfire was accessible and made for memorable lakeside evenings. Dock was up for winter though but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Beautiful oasis on the lake

Lisa was a lovely, thoughtful and kind host. We appreciated the smooth check-in and her willingness to help us adjust to one week without a kitchen (e.g. open to providing dish soap, tea towels, etc.). The lakeside view was superb and access to fire pit (wood included) and kayak + paddle board wonderful. Lovely, friendly, quiet area minutes from beach (on foot), downtown Sudbury and the Big Nickel too.
