This spacious modern 2 story home that takes advantage of its northern aspect, offering stunning panoramic ocean views.  Here you can enjoy picturesque sunrises, cooling sea breezes and awe-inspiring ocean views.

This property is ideally positioned only a few minutes’ walk to the Main street of Airlie Beach, where you’ll find an array of local restaurants, cafés, and shops. The location is perfect for families and groups seeking the enviable coastal lifestyle.

Divided across 2 levels with a deck on the top level taking in spectacular views ideal for entertaining, this house  sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.  The fourth bedroom downstairs is in a self contained open plan unit, which is made up of a living area, kitchen and toilet.

The large open plan design of the house encompasses 2 living areas and a large dining area all with amazing ocean views.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Would definitely stay againThe location was perfect – just a short walk or drive to the main street, cafes, shops, and the marina. We especially loved the outdoor deck with stunning views over the ocean. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Gorgeous views in Airlie

Great views. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The fourth bedroom is more like a separate downstairs apartment though, with no internal access. The property is also a (short) steep walk up hill from Airlie, which means the views are amazing but a car is needed for any shopping.

The place could use some minor maintenance though, wifi wasn’t working during our stay, the dishwasher worked but only after pressing the on button randomly until it eventually decides to start and the fence beside the pool squeaks very loudly in the wind due to the sail over the pool pulling on the supports it’s attached to. Not great when trying to sleep and the wind is up. These things didn’t bother us enough to ruin our stay, just a few things that were noticeable that could be fixed with a bit of maintenance.

Lots of room for large groups. Overall though we thought there could be some improvements made for the $ we paid. The house has obviously been staged for photos but the reality is there was NO pool furniture or inflatable lilo's. No condiments in the pantry, no games....just all felt very bare. There was a SOLD sign still up so its possibly had a recent change of ownership.If 2 people are having showers at the same time forget any water pressure or hot water. We had a fantastic time in Airlie but probably wouldn't choose this house again.

Big thank you to Michelle and the Team at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals for taking care of all our tours and restaurants they new exactly what we wanted. They even stacked our pantry with our graceries before we arrived. It was only a 2 min walk and you were in the main street of Airlie Beach such a great location. Only wish we had more time to spend at the house and the swimming pool, but we were so busy every day and had lots of fun. Thank you and we have already booked again for next year.

Plenty of space and pool was great to come home to. Slightly disappointed with amenities and furniture. Outdoor cushioned seating in pictures wasn't there. Barely any dishes to cook in, serve salads in etc. No cleaning materials. For a 4 night stay, I don't want to start buying these bits, especially as the property cost quite a bit. It was under auction when we went and it just felt as if it was lacking thought on provisions. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Airlie in this property.
