Settlers Cottage: family-style quiet luxury on a winery estate

The Settler's Cottage, originally built in the late 1870s, is a newly renovated quaint cabin that encompasses the rich history of Ampersand Estates. It is a traditional two-bedroom, one bathroom house including a fireplace, intimate lounge area and a fully refurbished kitchen.

Located in the village, the cottage is central to the many experiences offered by the estate such as the cellar door wine and spirits tastings and personalised gourmet picnics on the bank of the Donnelly River. Only a short walk through our spectacular gardens is our barn event venue, perfect for a wide range of functions.
