This property features 4 external security cameras: camera 1 is by the front door facing the entryway, camera 2 is by the side garage door facing the parking area, camera 3 is by the pool facing the equipment, and camera 4 is on the back of the home facing the backyard. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. Camera 1 records video and audio when motion is detected. Cameras 2 and 3 record video when motion is detected. Camera 4 also records video when motion is detected but can be turned off using the switch by the back door upon check-in

Amazing Beach Vacation

Perfect Place for My Family

We had a great stay at this location in Naples. The house was very clean and the pool was great! It was the perfect place for my family. Greg was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing place ! We had a fantastic time in Naples. The house and pool were better than in the photos and the contact with the host was easy and efficient. House is very close to beaches and shops and in a great location overall.

Great Naples Vacation Rental

Clean, convenient, great location near the beach. The private pool and jacuzzi was great. Very thoughtfully laid out and modern accommodation. Great communication. Couldn't have done better. We will be back. I would give it 6 stars if possible.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

This house was perfect for our family - it’s clearly been recently renovated and no amenity was left unthought of!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each evening, and the seating area outside gave us a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. The location was perfect - great proximity to the beach and grocery stores/shopping. 10 out of 10!!

Our family— including two small children— so enjoyed this vacation home. It included all the extras ( including trucks for a toddler to play with and a stroller) that one could hope for. The kitchen truly was well equipped. And the pool was delightful.

Super clean house with a great pool.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was our primary reason for booking this house, and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything needed. The house is in a convenient location and is close to beach access points, restaurants, groceries, and coffee shops.

Amazing/Perfect

Our family of 4 stayed at this house and it was hands down the cleanest, most organized VRBO we've stayed at. Great location - we walked or biked to the beach. House had everything we needed for the pool, beach, and kitchen. Only comment is note that you need to provide your own shampoo/soap/conditioner, not a problem, but just be prepared. Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Don’t let it’s size fool you.

We’ve rented over 25 houses in the area and this was our favorite. House was renovated with beautiful finishes and all the amenities you could ask for. (They even had Kuereg coffee pods). The house was extremely clean and even smelled like it was a new home. The pool and spa are brand new and were perfect. Cooler nights were spent hanging in the spa at 100%. The owner was fabulous to work with and went above and beyond for us. Anything we asked for he was a text away.

Property was in very good condition. Owner very helpful and responsive. It would have been nice to know we could have checked in early. Only problem was internet TV connection was very inconsistent. Every night there was a period of time, sometimes lasting hours, where the TV said it was not getting a connection.

Stunning vacation home with excellent communication!

We have been renting properties in Naples Park for years and this was by far the cleanest and most up to date home we have rented. The pool design is amazing and the new landscaping provides for a nice tropical getaway. We are looking forward to booking our next stay here!

Excellent Stay

My family and I rented this property for a 2 week get away from Ohio and it was great. The home is lovely and the location is perfect in North Naples. The owner was easily reachable and very responsive. He helped adjust temperatures of the pool and the home at our request and we are grateful. The pool on the property was clean and excellent! The kids really loved it. Our only notes of issue were the kitchen table either needs fixed or replaced as it wobbled like crazy. And the master bedroom bed is very very firm. Both of these are minor blips on an overall very enjoyable stay but we wanted to note for future renters! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent this property!

Modern, clean, close to beaches and dining

We enjoyed our recent stay here. The location is convenient and is walkable to the beach. The backyard is completely fenced in and private, with a nice pool and spa. The Mercato is a short drive away for shopping and dining. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This house was lovely and beautiful. Everything is brand new.House is very very clean and cozy.Kitchen is fully equipped.We were impressed with the quality of furniture bedding-soft,plush and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi is just amazing and completely private. Pool was heated and nicely lighted at night. Additionally the back yard door has security alarm for kids.This is great location for walking or biking to the beach.We just loved this place and highly recommended!! You won't be disappointed!!
