Great location

Very responsive owner/property manager which was great because we set off the security alarm when we first arrived and could not find any instructions that it was there in the first place nor how to turn it off, so I'm thankful that it was turned off remotely very quickly. Also the wifi code in the paper instructions is no longer the correct code so we had to call about that and we got a return call with the correct code very quickly. Condo had everything we needed - which was basically a decently clean, no-frills place to sleep in a great location. The boat slip was a nice surprise since our friends had a boat down there and we weren't planning on using it until we realized we had access to a slip. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, this is not it. But if you want to be close to the action and can tolerate a few minor inconveniences like no hot water in the kitchen sink, this is a good spot. Balcony had a nice view of the lake. Although we didn't use it, some people would appreciate the complex's pool. We liked having access to the dock so we could walk down and have friends pick us up in their boats. Overall a nice stay.

Heaven at LOZ

This cute and cozy condo at Indian Pointe couldn't have been better. The Unit was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. It has clean pools, new parking lots, nice docks with good fishing and a beautiful view of the lake. The location was great. There was coffee, groceries, restaurants and a bait and tackle store only 5 minutes away. It also comes with a boat slip but we did not use it. Daniel was great to deal with! I would highly recommend this property.

Nice condo

The condo was very clean and easy to access. We had some technical issues with the boat lift in the slip, but the host was very responsive to messages and eager to help. The only downfall of the property is that it's a pretty far walk from the condo to the docks, and it's all up hill from the dock back to the condo. If you take a boat, pack light! LOL Outside of that, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone! The beds are super comfortable and sitting on the deck was very relaxing. Thank-you for having us!

Clean, easy check in, perfect size

The condo was the perfect since for 4 adults and 1 child. Daniel had everything you would need in the kitchen and the check in process was easy. Daniel made communication easy and always responded to emails promptly. The condo was clean and had everything that was promised. Would stay again!

COVID can't stop this!

After having to deal with COVID related issues at work, I needed a vacation...and let me tell you, this is the perfect place for it, especially if you need one with a dock slip and a lift. Between being able to just chill on the patio and watch the lake, to having a pool just a couple hundred feet away, and the keypad entry meaning you don't need to keep track of a key when you go, plus all the usual things to do at Lake Ozark, you won't be disappointed. The Nest thermostat takes a bit of getting used to, since it builds its own schedule, as well as the smoke detector lighting up in the dark to light your way (that was the one that confused me the most). The bluetooth speaker with the unit sounds awesome, the beds are comfortable, I even ended up chatting with the security guy one day out of boredom. That's how you know a place is good, when they're so un-busy that they can just chat. You won't regret reserving this.

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying in this condo! The neighborhood is quiet and clean, everyone was friendly, the property manager stayed in touch and was wonderful to work with, and the whole experience was wonderful for our family! We will definitely stay here again!

Great location aside from the construction going on - was convenient to get to and from the condo! We were not there much during the day but would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood/area, no troubles sleeping!
