The Space:
Our designer apartment is retrofitted with all of the luxuries, comforts, and amenities you can imagine. An open floor plan fuses the spacious living room and kitchen to create a warm and inviting space where you can spend quality time with loved ones whether you’re cooking or lounging.

Natural sunlight showcases carefully-selected furniture over elegant wood floors for a sleek and refined style.

Two contemporary bedrooms capitalize on comfort in queen beds for a luxurious night’s sleep.

LIVING ROOM
The focal point of the home is an ideal setting for a family gathering. Lounge and visit on the roomy sofa, watch a movie on the Smart TV or play a board game with family and friends.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens to the living room and features ultra-modern cooking amenities

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 2 BEDROOMS
A total of six guests can indulge in resort-worthy comfort in these two oases.
The first bedroom boasts a King Bed and the 2nd with two Queen beds for plenty of sleeping space for 6 guests

The Neighborhood:
The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining and cozy coffeehouses.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

Other Things to Note:
GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $59 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

As a result, you can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers alike. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property.
✔ No smoking inside the home.
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10 pm.
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.

Perfect respite in Denver

We were very pleased w This property. Perfect for 5 of us to stay. Well equipped kitchen and supplies for meal prep. Nice open space for gathering. Also appreciated that TV apps were on w/o needing to sign in for everything. Location is perfect for anything you want to do in city.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our two night stay in this condo. It is well located for a variety of St. Louis attractions, and is clean and well-appointed. The property managers were very timely in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a family. My mom has mobility issues so being close to parking and one level was really a plus.

Great for families. Great location in CWE

Had a great time here. We had a 1 and 3 year old with us and the space was great for them to have a little room and for my wife and I to have space after they were asleep. The place was clean and the communication about check in and out was great. Wonderful location in CWE. Would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating

The owners of this rental were incredibly responsive and helpful in the booking process and during the stay. This was so amazing because other attempts at other rentals in the neighborhood resulted frustration. They were able to wake this easy. The place was very nice and very clean.

Long stay at Barnes-Jewish.

My family needed a spot close to Barnes-Jewish while my son was in their care. Property was clean and well stocked. Super close to the hospital and plenty of restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Recent Stay

The property was great for a family with small kids (we especially appreciated the full crib!) and the location was perfect. A couple of small things that could easily be fixed — the bathrooms were dirty, the pillows were unusually uncomfortable, and an exposed wire is at floor level next to the fireplace, which wasn’t ideal for our toddler.

Great Property in CWE

Awesome location close to restaurants, grocery store and the park. Owners were great to work with and super responsive and accommodating. The property is set up nice and worked for our whole family to stay there for our son’s wedding.

Comfortable, convenient rental

The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with convenient restaurants, coffee house and stores within walking distance. The rental was clean, quiet and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Will definitely consider staying here on another visit to St. Louis.

We stayed in this great property for Christmas. The two bedrooms and two baths were ideal for our family of 5 to spread out. The location was perfect for walking to all of the stores and shops in the Central West End. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Perfect for us

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was great. The apartment was clean and pleasant and well stocked and gave us a perfect home base for our short family trip to St. Louis. Much better than a hotel room would have been. Communications were easy and our questions were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, private parking spot is a nice bonus

The property was as described and was very functional for an extended work trip. Walkable neighborhood close to multiple restaurants, Whole Foods, and a huge park for running/walking etc. The 5 pm check in time was annoyingly late for us as we had an infant but after we got settled in everything was good.

Cannot say we will be back

I should have spent more time reading reviews as this is a basement unit. It is not updated and in fact pretty dated inside. Flooring is coming up in main hallway. Roaches in bathroom & kitchen. Beds are foam vs regular mattresses so all 3 of us did not sleep well.

Wonderful place to stay!

This place has an awesome property manager! Before I booked I had a couple questions and they answered my inquiry super fast! The property was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and close to everything in the city (close by car, which is doable because of the included free parking spot!) Throughout my stay the host communicated quickly to any questions we had and was very kind. We will definitely book here again for future stays!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great Location and communication with leasing agent was great. Beds were super comfy too! Only hiccup sink in bathroom didn’t drain well and the toilet water tank wouldn’t refill so had to manually wiggle the float. Easy fix.

Excellent Experience!!!

First time in St. Louis. The apartment was in a safe, walkable and centrally located spot close to Forest Park which has incredible attractions, such as the zoo, museums, botanical gardens, and of course, the park itself. The space was large and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints.
