Condo 72-1 El Dorado Ranch

Condo 72-1 is a luxury beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch, fully furnished and ready for you if you are seeking the ultimate San Felipe vacation experience, with an 18-hole golf course.

Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this single-floor design is ideal for up to 4 guests. Look out of the dining room window, living room window, or master bedroom, and all you have are unobstructed views of the pristine private beach.

Walk out the front door and enjoy the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. The living room furniture is made from imported Italian leather with beautiful pillows, and colored accent walls set the perfect tone for a relaxing vacation. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV connection allows you to follow your favorite shows.

This is a non-smoking unit. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. No off-road vehicles permitted within this resort (exception for race teams).

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Great location

Loved the location - perfect for our needs. The sunrises were amazing each morning. The facility in general could be beautiful but due to the stoppage of construction much of the facility is unfinished and weathered.There was no one available to check us in even though we arrived within the time frame given, there was an emergency and they were taken away from the office. The condo had a bit of an off smell. There were no hand towels, kitchen towels or bath mats, the listing said that there was only one towel per person, but I thought there would be towels and dishwasher soap in the room. There was barely enough soap and toilet paper for a week long stay. The tv remotes didn’t work when we arrived all needed batteries. The dishwasher also didn’t work and had to be replaced while we were there. Lots of dust and the pillows on the bed were really stained - the linens looked to be brand new though.

Wonderful Beach paradise

Location, Location, Location. The place was amazing right on the beach. The most beautiful sunrise. The house was modern and upscale. Everything you need to make a great meal. We will definitely come back. The only thing to note Is that WiFi is only available at the pool area which was fine by me there is no WiFi in the house. That made out experience even better kids were forced to stay off the electronics. I can’t complain I had some work to do but poolside with margaritas and pina colada! The resort staff were the best friendly helpful 5 star!
