The sleek counter space transitions into a convenient breakfast bar with high top Bistro-style seating. This is a great place to sit with family and friends, enjoy a cold Margarita, and mingle with other guests in the living area.
 
This gourmet kitchen features a coffee maker, so the early birds of the family can brew a hot cup of coffee and enjoy it out on the private patio area. Right off of the living room is a small hallway that leads to the first bedroom. This private space has a queen-size bed, vintage-inspired dresser, name-brand linens, and large windows. After a busy day playing golf or fishing, you'll be thankful to come home to this warm and welcoming bedroom. In this bedroom, you will find built-in shelving units with extra pillows, blankets, and linens. This beautiful master bedroom has traditional tiled flooring, locally inspired accent pieces, and soft lighting that is perfect for bedtime reading.  This bedroom has a private bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower with sliding frosted glass doors. 

On the other side of the house, tucked off of the kitchen, is the family bathroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and a beautiful vanity area. Right next to this bathroom is the second bedroom. Guests staying in this room can enjoy a single twin size bed, colorful accent pieces, locally inspired artwork, and spacious closet space. This second bedroom has a mostly white color scheme, but colorful accent rugs and throw pillows add pops of color and personality to the area. This is a quiet and comfortable place for both kids or adults to rest after a busy day. There is an extra fold up single bed in this bedroom as well to accommodate another guest. This home sleeps four people comfortably but can accommodate up to 6 guests if you bring your own air mattresses or sleeping arrangements.
 
The private patio is a perfect place for friends and family to enjoy the sea breezes that San Felipe is known for. Out on this private terrace, you have unobstructed views of the resort and comfortable seating in the shade. Take the stairs up to the private rooftop deck and enjoy dinner with a view.
