The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and large windows, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private patio access, and a spa-inspired master bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, deep jetted garden tub, and his-and-her sinks. The main living area has a leather sofa and two oversized armchairs. The fully furnished kitchen has wooden cabinetry, modern appliances, an industrial-size sink, and a large center island with bistro-style breakfast bar seating.

The formal dining area has a glass-top table leading to a private patio with a BBQ grill — perfect for drinks and dinner under the stars.
