Welcome to our perfectly appointed beachside getaway. Absolutely perfect for the family or even 2 families to share. Large 4 bedroom, beautifully presented home, with an expansive back yard with outdoor dining and bbq. Perfect for both the kids to play and the parents to enjoy.
Indoor fireplace and reverse-cycle aircon for year round comfort. Short walk to the white sand and calm waters of Quindalup or an easy bike ride into Dunsborough along the bay.
Large kitchen & open plan living area. Families only as its a quiet neighbourhood, not for groups.
This property is not suitable for pets
Charging of Electric Vehicles is not available at this holiday home. Dunsborough has charging stations in town near the post office.

Great Location and great property

We all had a great time in this lovely property. Great location for visiting everywhere in the South West. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful Family Getaway

We stay 4 nights over the long weekend at this property and it was just perfect. We had two families with little kids and then the grandparents came for a night. And the layout and size of the house was perfect. The backyard is great for the kids and fully enslosed. We had a lovely stay :)

Relaxed Family Getaway House close to town and beaches

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property with family celebrating a new years birthday week getaway . The property was very clean & we have rented many. Lisa's communication is fabulous and we appreciated the welcome chocolates. The Walk to Geographe bay is really only 5 mins and 25 mins to Dunsborough central township. The house looks better in person and the back garden is more lovely and grown than the pics present. It still worked for us only having 2 bathrooms. We had a bathroom accident and Lisa again was fabulous with communication and taking on board some suggestions to pass on. Staying in Summer , the house has air con in main lounge/kitchen/dining and ceiling fans in other bedrooms except 1 - The bunk room where you can have up to 4 people . Perhaps we didn't see it and being cooler down south didn't need it over our stay , though any hotter than 30degrees , I'd recommend a portable cooler as the bunk room is smaller and can get stuffy unless door and windows are open . Overall , we really enjoyed quality family time away in a house that's well stocked. It doesn't have a Nespresso and we knew that, if you can't live without one , bring your own unless you are happy to try the local cafes. Lisa's suggestions come highly recommended after you book . The location suited us perfectly ,so much to do in the region within a short drive.

For the past 10 years Lisa has owned and operated Seaside Retreat Dunsborough. We manage a number of holiday homes - both beachfront and residential throughout Dunsborough and our homes cater for between 1-10 guests.
We do have a number of homes suitable for those wishing to holiday with their dogs.

Fantastic location, in a quiet family focused cul-de-sac and very close to the beautiful wide and white sandy beaches of Quindalup. With a walking/cycling path along the beach front all the way to Dunsborough town centre this is an ideal location.
The Cape Naturaliste lighthouse is an 11 minute drive away and Yallingup also 10 minutes away. Busselton airport is a 30 minute drive and your are central to the Margaret River Wine Region.
