Kaua'i Beach Villas D13 Unit B, Studio Room connected to the main condo with a private entrance (the front corridor is shared with Unit A). Ground Floor with Garden Patio, Walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset.
Also available to rent is 1-Bedroom Unit D13 #A. Unit A and B have a shared front door corridor area. Kauai Beach Resort Access with NO resort fees, free parking and Wifi!

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort is situated oceanfront on 25 lush acres of Kauai's eastern shore. Conveniently located just 6-minutes by car to the Lihue airport, 3-minutes to the Wailua Golf Course, and 6-minutes to nearby Lydgate Beach Park, Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

Enjoy 4 pools with lagoon-styling and tropical waterfalls. Children and adults alike will not want to leave the sandy bottom pool complete with a waterslide. Relax in the hot-tub and sunbathe on the pool-side lounges. Walk to 3 miles of sandy beach for exploring, shell hunting, and gorgeous sunrise and moonrise viewing.

Great Place for two

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the lodging met our needs. I was disappointed in the bathroom. It was extremely humid and the shower curtain was filthy. The rest of the room and bath were clean but it appears no one paid attention to the shower curtain.

Located in a beautiful area with many shopping and dinning places nearby. The room definitely needed some maintenance but for a short trip it was alright. Very simple check-in with door codes instead of keys and they text and email you all the info you need before and during your stay.

Overall good deal at Kauai beach villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Price was right- clean room with microwave fridge toaster coffee maker good AC And good tv, ample towels bath supplies and Host very responsive. Quiet place 5 out of 6 nights but had rude guests next door the last night- but I’ve experienced that at places paying $400 plus a night- all in all better than satisfactory stay
