- CHECK-IN - As the building has an administration, registration is done in person from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm. Check-in is not allowed on Sundays. EVERYONE MUST BE PRESENT TO REGISTER.

Daily rates are calculated starting at 6 PM.

Check-in is from 6 PM to 8 PM, with a grace period until 9 PM.

- No visitors allowed - only pre-selected individuals, as defined in the contract, will be allowed into the condominium.

This is a residential building; hotel services are not provided.

We do not provide bed linens, table linens, bath towels, or personal hygiene products.

All windows and balconies have safety netting.

Beachfront apartment with 2 bedrooms, one being a suite, living room with space for two areas, American-style kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, terrace with charcoal barbecue, 2 parking spaces, 42' LED TV in the living room, bedroom with TV, ceiling and wall fans, microwave, pillow, household utensils (the kitchen has everything for daily use) and much more. Ideal for up to 7 people.

Very well located in the Guilhermina neighborhood, the best neighborhood in Praia Grande. The area has complete infrastructure, a craft market, supermarkets (CARREFOUR and EXTRA) 100m away, restaurants, Habib's, McDonald's and shops in general, right in front of the boat-shaped square.

It is permitted to use the condominium's swimming pool and leisure area - respecting the rules for its use.

The recreation area is complimentary.
If, during your reservation period, there are restrictions on use, prohibitions, maintenance, repairs, or closures of any item in the leisure area (swimming pools, gym, etc.), this will not be a reason for canceling our arrangements, as we must all follow the regulations.
