Very convenient five bedroom three and half bath home in North Asheville. Enjoy the ability to explore Asheville in this lovely updated contemporary home.
Bring the family and/ or friends to this fully functional house.
Perfect for your group getaway to Asheville!
Fully furnished, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Shopping, hiking, breweries, restaurants, and Blue Ridge Parkway close by.
Uber/Lyft friendly ten min to Downtown Asheville five min to University of North Carolina Asheville.

Home layout:
5 bedrooms/3.5 baths, max occupancy 10 – 3 levels
Entrance is on the middle level, which includes living room, kitchen, half bath.
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, only one bathroom that is ensuite in the master bedroom.
Downstairs, there are three queen bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. Full bathroom in hallway.

Please note this home is in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and abide by the city’s noise ordinance of 10pm.

There is parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Shops were nice and close by. Western Carolina Farmers market really nice to browse and shop. Enjoyed the candle light tour at the Biltmore.

Excellent Place

Great place. House was very clean and very well stocked with linens. Lots of private bedrooms. Well maintained. I plan to rent again next year for the same weekend. 2 breweries within walking distance!

Great bedroom space

5 bedrooms all very comfortable. GREAT for a place you just need to crash and all have your own space. Gets very crowded in kitchen as there is no place to gather comfortably, but unless that's your goal, this place is great for location and cleanliness and bedrooms.

Perfect

This house was perfect for eight friends and a six month old. There was privacy for each couple, and enough community space for everyone to hangout. We will definitely be back!

Nice home, fit our needs perfectly

Nice new home. We were in town for a family wedding. Much nicer than staying in a hotel downtown. The front bedroom does pick up a fair amount of the I26 freeway noise but there is a sound machine that covers the noise reasonably well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re in the area again.

Great Stay!

We went on a girls trip to Ashville and had a great time. Location was convenient to all the places we visited, including the Biltmore. The price was excellent. The house is located in a residential area with full time residents. It is located between a busy highway and an industrial area. I suggest bringing ear plugs for the Highway. I had read other reviews prior to our stay so we were prepared and had a great stay!

Great Place

The property was great. No bedrooms on main floor. 3 beds 2 baths up 2 beds 1 bath down. 1/2 bath on main floor. W/D down. There was a battery missing out of the remote for TV when I got there but I happened to have 2 with me. Convenient to everything. Very well appointed. I would say the only negative point was the road noise from the highway less than 100 yards outside the front door. It was the perfect time to see all the leaves changing colors on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would definitely stay here again
