We truly believe we have the best property on the lake! It is surrounded by trees and lake and is at the end of a lane with no through traffic. Wildlife often crosses in front of the house and the little marina in front is home to many ducks, geese and otter. The small marina in front provides the perfect launch for paddleboards, kayaks and canoes and we hope to have a dock installed in 2023. Walking trails are steps away and the village amenities and Waskatena Beach are just a 10 minute walk.

We live nearby and love our own home but with growing family living a distance away, we decided to buy a cabin nearby so we could all be together at times. We knew this was the property the minute we saw it and love sharing this beauty with family and friends. We too love staying at the cabin with our grandkids and it is our home-away-from home, even though we live nearby. This is definitely glamping!

The cabin is a year-round, fully-furnished home with 2 full bedrooms and a loft area with two sets of bunks and space to put down a few air mattresses or day beds. Two families can easily stay in this property. The kitchen and living room are open and bright with awesome views from every window. The main bath has both a tub and a separate shower, while the bedroom upstairs has a 2 piece ensuite. The deck is expansive and cradles 2 outside walls and is the perfect place to enjoy the water views and visiting wildlife.

Outdoors, the yard is huge and complete with firepit, firewood and seating, outdoor games like bocce ball and horseshoes and room to play badminton or volleyball. And there is plenty lots of room to park vehicles, boats and snowmobiles. We love to share our little piece of the world with guests and will try hard to accommodate requests for boat tours, guided fishing and trail rides if desired.
