This place is great! We've stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals and this is now one of our favorites. It's quiet, the bed is comfy, and we loved that it was really clean. The concrete floors are beautiful (and spotless for bare feet), everything works well, and the host is a great communicator. The best part is that it's easy to get in and out of this neighborhood and get across town to wherever you want to go. We will be back!

This property is located in a lower income neighborhood on the outskirts of town. The neighborhood was really quiet except for the road noise when sitting on the patio in the back yard. There is a 2 lane arterial just on the other side of the house behind the property. When the traffic picks up later in the day you can hear it pretty well. The living room furniture is worn but it's super comfortable and the beds are also really comfortable. Property manager was really easy to communicate with and jumped in quickly when there was a minor issue to be addressed. The house was spotless but the patio furniture was all covered with a layer of grit that we didn't see until it got on our clothes. I suppose that's pretty common in Tucson because when the breeze kicks up it stirs up the dirt that is all around.

Very cozy and comfortable

The property owner was wonderful to work with and the property had everything we needed. Well maintained and even had Netflix. The shower is wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely will rent from Evolve again.

Comfortable Tucson 2 Bedroom Stay

Clean & comfortable stay for two golfers needing a place to stay between golf rounds. We put the firepit to good use one night and the unite was accurately advertised.

I struggled with whether to give this house 4 or 5 stars. There was only one negative but it had a huge impact on us. The property was clean, well-equipped, easy to find and access. The yard was great for the pups and the house was, with one exception, very comfortable. The only negative for is was the bedding in the front bedroom, where we slept (or tried to sleep). The bottom sheet was not well-secured at the corners and came off multiple times each night, requiring us to get up and try to secure it again, without success. The top sheet and light bedspread slipped off the bed each time we moved around very much, so it also had to be pulled back onto the bed a couple of times each night. The mattress was great but the bedding simply was not secure (possibly not made to fit the very deep mattress) and made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. We also missed having a bit more in the way of bedding. The sheet and thin bedspread were austere and seemed inadequate for a comfy sleeping experience. Other than that, the house was great.

Perfect!

This trip was very unexpected because of a family emergency, I was able to book this very fast and with no issues. The house was very clean, well stocked, and a perfect location. I literally couldn’t ask for anything more! Clint was just as amazing too, answered all questions quickly! We will be back and will certainly stay here again!!

We didn’t know how to set the AC and the host Clint called us a few minutes after emailing him and talked us through it. The house was nice and clean and we really enjoyed early mornings on the back patio.

A month in Tucson

This is an older duplex that has been nicely updated. Clint is a great host. We were short on linens and baking pans, and he fixed us right up. He also helped when the TV stopped working. The cleaning could be improved. The bottom sheet was on side-ways, and there were a few dirty dishes in the cupboards when we arrived.
