These hosts really make sure their guests are comfortable. We loved all the little toiletries in the bathrooms. Bathroom had a magnifying mirror which I wish everyone did! TVs in every room. Overall a great place to stay. The carpet really needs to be replaced though.

Just the husband and I, enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood, the comfort and location of the home. Very nicely furnished and great hot tub.

A quick break in Moab

Stayed here for a few nights on our trip through the 5 national parks and Grand Canyon. It was a great place to take a break after moving from hotel to hotel. The house was nice. It’s really well stocked with everything that you would need. The owners have really thought it through.

Was a wonderful home away from home.

This was a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It had enough space for our family, but it was cozy enough that we still felt we were together. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, plus more. The garage was perfect for our vehicles, and there was an extra spot to park outside off the street. The hot tub was fantastic!The owners were swift to respond before and during our visit. When there was a town power outage, they contacted us immediately to inform us what was happening. I would absolutely stay there again.

Sweet family stay

Adult Family get away time! Was fun and amazing. Only downside to this place was that there not enough parking like mentioned on the listing. Also it’s not a house. It’s actually a duplex apartment style. In a cul-de-sac kinda cramped to get in and out of.

Excellent location and stay

The nicest vacation rental we have ever been to. And we have done vacation rentals exclusively for about 7 years. It was like walking into someone's home that you were borrowing. Extremely well stocked with kitchen utensils, dry goods, spices..all essentials there for cooking with nice pots pans. It was spotless and very well comfortable decorated. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Can't think of anything I would change or suggest. It was perfect for us and the other 2 couples that came with us to enjoy the amazing UTV riding. Parking was not difficult and appreciate that we could use garage for our toys. Thank you..we had a great time.

Clean, with wonderful views

The house was beautiful and very clean. The views from the house and the surrounding neighborhood are unmatched! The only issue we had with our stay is the lack of privacy from the back patio / hot tub. We are a family of four, and used the hot tub daily. Our kids absolutely loved it. But the hot tub has immediate neighbors behind it, and two of the sides face the neighboring houses / side streets. Other than that, the property was immaculate, and very easy to find. Just minutes from town/shopping/food while also being in a quiet setting.

Great place to stay

The home was clean and worked great for our needs. The kitchen was only missing one item, an ice cream scoop. Maybe I just couldn’t find it because it had everything else we could possibly need. The neighborhood was great. Even though it is south of Moab a bit it was not a bad drive to downtown and it was nice to stay in a quiet place with as busy as Moab was. Wonderful yard to enjoy morning breakfast In the warm morning. Highly recommend. Will stay here again. The only 4 stars I have was because some text communication came at 3 am.

Moab prefect location awesome home

Property is located just south of town. Very convenient to off roading, hiking trails, Delicate arch, restaurants, grocery stores and much more. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds, linens, towels etc are all high quality. Well stocked kitchen spices, every utensil you’ll possibly need. This home is very spacious, 6 of us in the large kitchen at a time never an issue. 3 nice size bedrooms and master bath’s certainly made it convenient for the 6 us to get up get ready and out the door early. Rolf and Pamela were very communicative from the day we made our reservation until check out time.

What a beautiful property! This home is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at! 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a nice gas fireplace to take the chill off on cool nights! We loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking! Plenty of entertainment space with the 2 sofas and large dining table. We did not use the sleeper sofas but that is a nice touch! The kitchen was well stocked and having a nice grill made it easy to cook our steaks! This property is beautiful and perfect for a family. I also want to comment on how quick the hosts would respond to your questions and are very accommodating. Check-in is so easy! This house will not disappoint!

Good place to stay south of town

This place is about 10 mins south of town in a quiet neighborhood. Things we loved about the property: Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, soaps, wipes, etc. The hot tub was well kept and nice after a long day of hiking. We also loved the big living room where the kids could watch tv and all hang out together. Also, the kitchen was well stocked and the owners were great at communicating, which was a plus! There are a few things that we thought could use some improvements: Beds are a little worn, including the 2 sofa couches, so might need to be upgraded soon. Also, we found ants in the kitchen and alerted the owners. Overall it was a great place to stay with a big family and we had a great time.

Amazing Place

Moab Spacious Oleander was an amazing property for our group! The private hot tub was a plus and the community pool were a great addition. Everything you need for your next vacation. Will be staying here again!

Good base for Moab fun

Very nicely appointed, immaculate one level townhome. Having two bedrooms with en-suite baths was a bonus. The third full bath also came in handy. We very much appreciated all of the toiletries and towels. The beds were quite comfortable and the linens high end. Great TVs and good cable service. Internet was fast. Owners were quick to respond to communications. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend time in Moab.

Perfect Family Getaway in Moab

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. Some of our plans changed so we didn't end up going out as much but the 4 kids in our party were still plenty entertained by the community pool and private hot tub. Check out was easy since everything was well organized and clearly labeled. Overall, great option for those visiting Moab who want both a convenient location and a comfortable home for relaxing between excursions.

Outstanding property and support

We were in need of a house with three bedrooms for 3 nights and were fortunate to find this house available for two of those. We then called the property managers to see if the third was available and they worked wonderfully with us to let us into the house that earlier night once some scheduled maintenance work was complete. The house was comfortable, spacious, very well equipped, easy to figure everything out. The property managers were in touch throughout and exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location, nice short distance to town. I recommend this house and Arrow Vacation Rentals completely.
